Description

  

      Verfahren        zur        Herstellung        eines        metallhaltigen        Azofarbstoffes.       Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist  ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     metall-          lialt.igen        Azofarbstoffes,    welches darin be  steht,

   dass man 1     Mol        diazotiertes        1-Oxy-2-          aniino-4-nitro-6-chlorbenzol    mit 1     Mol        1-Oxy-          '?    -     aeetylamino    - 4 -     methylbenzol    kuppelt und  die erhaltene     Monoazoverbindung    mit einem       kobaltabgebenden    Mittel behandelt.  



  Im nachfolgenden Beispiel bedeuten die  Teile Gewichtsteile.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>       4-    Teile der     dareh    Kuppeln von     diazotier-          t.em    1. -     Oxy-2-amino-4-nitro    - 6 -     ehlorbenzol    mit       1.-Oxy        -2-aeetylamino-4-methylbenzol        erhält-          lielien        Monoazoverbindung    werden bei 70  in  200 Teilen Wasser unter Zugabe von N     atrium-          hydroxy    d gelöst.

Die kolloidale Suspension der     Kobaltkomplex-          verbindung    wird mit     Natriumchlorid    versetzt.

    Man filtriert den vollständig     ausgesehiedenen          Monoazofarbstoff    bei 20  ab. Der feuchte       R.üekstand    wird anschliessend 24 Stunden lang    in verdünnter     Natriumhydroxycilösun-#@H     Wert =10,5)     digeriert,    hierauf     abfiltriert    und  im Vakuum bei 70      getroeknet.     



  Der neue     kobalthaltige        Azofarbstoff    ist  ein in Wasser mit     brauner    Farbe lösliches  schwarzes Pulver,     welehes    olle, Seide und       synthetisehe        Poly        amidfasern    aus neutralem  Bad in walk-, wasch- und     lichteehten    braunen  Tönen färbt.

Der neue kobalthaltige Azofarbstoff ist.
