Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Azofarbstoffes. Gegenstand des vorliegenden Zusatzpaten tes ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Azofarbstoffes, welches dadurch gekennzeich net ist, dass man die Diazoniumverbindimg aus 1-Aminobenzol-2-(fB-ehloräthylsulfon) mit 2-Amino-8-oxynaphthalin-6-sulfonsäure ver einigt.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 25,6 Gewichtsteile 1-Antinobenzol-2-(ss- chlor - äthylsulfon) - hydrochlorid werden in 250 Volumteilen 5 /o iger Salzsäure suspen diert und wie üblich mit 20 Volumteilen 5n Natriumnitritlösung diazotiert. Die filtrierte Diazolösung wird mit einer schwach delta- sauren Lösung von 26,8 Gewichtsteilen 2 Amino-8-oxynaphthalin-6-sulfonsäure (92,7 prozentig) in 500 Volumteilen Wasser ver setzt.
Nach beendeter Kupplung wird der Azofarbstoff der folgenden Formel:

mit Kaliumchlorid ausgesalzen, abgesaugt und getrocknet.
Das so erhaltene Produkt stellt ein dunkel rotes Pulver dar, das Wolle in blaustichigen Rottönen von guten Echtheitseigenschaften färbt.

<I> Example: </I> 25.6 parts by weight of 1-antinobenzene-2- (ss- chloro - ethyl sulfone) - hydrochloride are suspended in 250 parts by volume of 5% hydrochloric acid and diazotized as usual with 20 parts by volume of 5N sodium nitrite solution. The filtered diazo solution is mixed with a slightly delta-acidic solution of 26.8 parts by weight of 2-amino-8-oxynaphthalene-6-sulfonic acid (92.7 percent) in 500 parts by volume of water.
After the coupling is complete, the azo dye has the following formula:

salted out with potassium chloride, suction filtered and dried.
The product thus obtained is a dark red powder which dyes wool in bluish red tones with good fastness properties.
