Spülkasteninnengarnitur. Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist eine Spül'kasteninnengarnitur, von welcher die Zeichnung ein Ausführungsbeispiel ver anschaulicht.
Fig. 1 stellt einen Längsschnitt durch einen ganzen Spülkasten dar.
Fig. 2 und 3 zeigen das Ventil der Spül kasteninnengarnitur mit den Haltestiften, die mit Kerben versehen sind.
Fig. 4 stellt die äussere Gloe'ke dar, die an ihrem obern Ende eine kurze Führung auf weist.
Fig. 5 zeigt. in Draufsicht .die innere Glocke mit der öffnung des Überlaufes und dem Quersteg.
Fig. 6 stellt die gleiche Glocke aufgeschnit ten dar, an deren Standrohr die Führungs rippen ersichtlich sind.
Der gezeichnete Spülkasten weist in üb licher Weise --lm Füllen des Kastentroges ein Schwimmerventil auf, das in der Zeichnung aus Gründen der Übersichtlichkeit nicht ein- gezeiehnet ist. Die hier aufgezeichnete Spül kasteninnengarnitur wird zur Montage mit der äussern Glocke 1 in die Kerben 9 der Stiften 2 eingeklemmt und sitzt somit fest.
Zur Auslösung des Spülvorganges wird der Knopf 3 aufwärts gezogen, wobei sich die innere Glocke 4 hebt- und das Ventil 5 frei gibt, so dass das Wasser hinausströmen kann. Bei diesem Vorgang wirkt die innere Glocke 4 durch den S'og des in der äusseren Glocke 1 zurückgehaltenen Wassers, unterstützt durch die sieh in der innern Glocke 4 befindende Luft als Schwimmer und hält so das Ventil 5 offen.
Sobald sich der Kastentrog geleert hat, fällt infolge nachströmender Luft, der 'Sog des Wassers sowie die Tragfähigkeit des Luft kissens in der innern Glocke 4 zusammen, so dass die innere Glocke 4 mit der Dichtung 13 auf das Ventil 5 zurückfällt.. Die innere Glocke 4 wird nur durch die Führungsrippen 7 in der äussern Glocke 1 konzentrisch ge führt.
Das Standrohr der innern Glocke 4 ist zu gleich Überlaufrohr 6, dessen oberes Ende einen Kelch -8 aufweist. (Sollte infolge eines Defektes des nichteingezeichneten;Schwimmer- ventils der Spülkastentrog überfüllt werden, so beginnt das überschüssige Wasser durch den Überlauf 6 wegzufliessen, wobei die sich im obern Ende der äussern Glocke 1 befin dende Luft ebenfalls durch den Überlauf 6 ab gedrängt wird, so dass wieder ein :
Sog ent steht, der nun, wie beim Spülen, durch das Ziehen des Knopfes 3, die innere @Glocke 4 mit der Dichtung 13 anhebt und den Spül kastentrog nunmehr ganz entleert.
Die Stiften 2 d'es Ventils 5 haben Kerben 9, die zur Festklemmung der äussern Glocke 1 dienen, damit diese ohne Werkzeuge ein- und ausgebaut, werden kann.
Der Zugknopf 3 ist am Quersteg 10 der innern Glocke 4 befestigt und wird durch eine kurze Führung 11 am obern Ende der äussern Glocke 1 und der Führung 12 im Deckel des Spülkastens senkrecht geführt.
Cistern interior fittings. The present invention relates to a cistern interior fitting, of which the drawing illustrates an exemplary embodiment.

The cistern shown has a float valve in the usual way when the cistern trough is filled, which is not shown in the drawing for reasons of clarity. The cistern interior set recorded here is clamped for assembly with the outer bell 1 in the notches 9 of the pins 2 and is thus firmly seated.
To trigger the flushing process, the button 3 is pulled upwards, the inner bell 4 lifting and the valve 5 being released so that the water can flow out. During this process, the inner bell 4 acts as a float due to the suction of the water retained in the outer bell 1, supported by the air in the inner bell 4, and thus keeps the valve 5 open.
As soon as the box trough has emptied, the influx of air, the suction of the water and the carrying capacity of the air cushion in the inner bell 4 collapse, so that the inner bell 4 with the seal 13 falls back onto the valve 5. The inner bell 4 is only through the guide ribs 7 in the outer bell 1 leads concentrically ge.
The standpipe of the inner bell 4 is the same overflow pipe 6, the upper end of which has a cup -8. (If the cistern trough is overfilled as a result of a defect in the float valve (not shown), the excess water begins to flow away through the overflow 6, whereby the air in the upper end of the outer bell 1 is also forced out through the overflow 6, see above that again a:
Suction is created, which now, as in the case of washing, by pulling the button 3, lifts the inner bell 4 with the seal 13 and now completely empties the cistern trough.
The pins 2 d'es valve 5 have notches 9 which are used to clamp the outer bell 1 so that it can be installed and removed without tools.
The pull button 3 is attached to the crosspiece 10 of the inner bell 4 and is guided vertically by a short guide 11 at the upper end of the outer bell 1 and the guide 12 in the lid of the cistern.
