Machine à laver. La présente invention a pour objet une machine à laver comprenant un récipient des tiné à contenir du linge à laver et au fond duquel est monté un agitateur rotatif.
Cette machine à laver est caractérisée en ce que l'agitateur est un disque disposé au voisinage immédiat. du fond et présentant sur sa face supérieure des nervures, et en ce qu'elle comporte des éléments fixes par rap port au récipient et formant. obstacles, desti nés à empêcher que' le liquide et le linge pren nent un mouvement de rotation d'ensemble à l'intérieur du récipient sous l'action de l'agi tateur.
Le dessin annexé représente, à. titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution de la ma chine à laver faisant l'objet de la présente in vention.
La fig. 1 est une vue en élévation de cette forme d'exécution, en coupe par la ligne 1-1 de la fig. 2.
La fig. 2 est -une vue en plan par-dessus. La machine à laver représentée comprend un récipient 1 destiné à contenir le linge à laver, ce récipient étant monté à l'intérieur d'une enveloppe extérieure 2 supportée par des pieds 3. Un couvercle 4, muni d'une poi gnée, permet de fermer le récipient 1.
Un agitateur rotatif constitué par un dis que 5 est disposé au voisinage immédiat du fond 6 du récipient 1. Un double fond per foré 7 est agencé au niveau du disque 5 et sert à supporter le linge contenu dans le récipient 1. La face supérieure du disque 5 de l'agitateur présente des nervures 8, des tinées à provoquer un mouvement de rotation du liquide.
Le disque 5 est calé sur un arbre vertical 9 monté dans un palier, étanche muni d'un presse-étoupe 10. L'extrémité inférieure de l'arbre 9 porte une poulie 11 sur laquelle est disposée une courroie 12 de transmission passant sur une poulie motrice 13 fixée sur l'arbre d'un moteur électrique 14.
Trois colonnes cylindriques 15 verticales sont fixées au fond 6 du récipient 1 et for ment des obstacles pour empêcher que le liquide et le linge prennent un mouvement de rotation d'ensemble à l'intérieur du récipient sous l'action de l'agitateur 5. Ces colonnes<B>15</B> sont disposées symétriquement à 120 les unes des autres par rapport au centre du réci pient 1.
Un corps de chauffe électrique dont on n'a représenté que les connexions 16 d'arrivée et de départ est monté à l'intérieur de cha que colonne 15.
La machine à laver décrite comprend, en outre, un panier d'essorage 17 représenté en traits mixtes aux fig. 1 et 2. Ce panier est amovible et présente un axe 18 solidaire de son fond et destiné à être inséré axialement dans un logement 19 correspondant de l'arbre 9 de l'agitateur pour assurer l'entraînement du panier par l'agitateur. La partie supérieure du panier d'essorage 17 est centrée au moyen d'un palier flottant 20 retenu par des organes de liaison 21, par exemple des chaînes, se fixant aux colonnes cylindriques 15.
Au lieu d'être constituées par des colonnes verticales cylindriques, les organes formant obstacle pourraient être venus de fabrication avec le récipient 1, par exemple, sous forme de nervures radiales.
Bien que cela ne soit pas représenté au dessin, le fond 6 du récipient 1 présente des moyens d'évacuation du liquide.
La machine à laver décrite a l'avantage d'être de construction simple et de permettre l'essorage *centrifuge du linge en utilisant l'agitateur comme moyen d'entraînement du panier d'essorage sans qu'il soit nécessaire de modifier la transmission à partir du moteur électrique.
