La présente invention a pour objet une capsule de fermeture pour un récipient muni d'un col.
Le dessin ci-annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution de la capsule objet de l'invention appliquée à un tube de pâte dentifrice.
La fig. 1 est une vue en coupe axiale et la fig. 2 est une vue en plan par le haut de la fig. 1.
Le col Ss d'un tube en métal malléable 2 présente un filetage extérieur sur lequel se visse ordinairemen t une capsule ordinaire non représentée et dont. le tube est muni lorsqu'on l'achète. Cette capsule doit donc tre ôtée chaque fois que l'on veut extraire une partie du contenu du tube, ce qui présente l'inconvénient qu'elle peut s'égarer.
Pour obvier à cet inconvénient on la remplace une fois pour toutes par une capsule comprenant deux parties distinctes, une partie périphérique 3 apte à entourer le col du réeipient, et un organe obturateur 4b formant son fond et appartenant à l'un des bras, 4c, d'un levier 4 monté par une articulation d'axe 5 à l'extrémité d'un bras 3a de la partie 3. Ce levier présente un bras de manoeuvre 4a au- delà d'une ouverture 12 que traverse le bras 3a.
La partie périphérique 3 présente dans le bas une oreille en saillie 3b perforée en 8' pour l'accroehement à elle d'un ressort 6 relié, d'autre part, à un étrier 7 articulé dans un trou 8 du bras 4c, ressort possédant une tension initiale tendant à appliquer sur le bord de l'orifice de la partie 3 l'organe 46 con- formé en calotte, l'articulation de l'étrier 7 étant à gauche de l'axe 5 dans la position de fermeture représentée.
Pour ouvrir le tube 2, on fait tourner le levier 4 dans le sens de rotation des aiguilles d'une montre, ce qui tend le ressort jusqu'à ce que le haut de l'étrier se projette en un point 11 à partir duquel le moment de la force du ressort 6 change de sens et fait basculer le levier jusqu'à la butée du bras 4a contre la partie 3 ou jusqu'à détente du ressort 6.
On peut donc abandonner le bras 4a pour le temps nécessaire à l'extraction de la quan- tité voulue de pâte dentifrice par exemple, après quoi on repousse ce bras en sens inverse jusqu'au-delà de la position instable correspondant au passage de l'étrier au point 11.
On remarque que la partie 3 présente une forme générale troneonique de manière que son filetage intérieur 10, dont le pas est le mme que celui du filetage 9, puisse s'adapter à des tubes de diamètres légèrement différents, mais dont les filetages ont tous ce mme pas, ou approximativement.
Les parties 3 et 4 de la capsule repré- sentée sont de préférence faites en une matière plastique. La partie 3 pourrait présenter un bras opposé au bras 3a pour faciliter le vissage de la capsule sur le col 2a.
La capsule pourrait avoir toute dimension convenable pour son adaptation à des flacons ou bouteilles de verre. L'axe d'articulation du levier obturateur pourrait tre perpendicu- laire au plan du bord de l'orifice.

The neck Ss of a malleable metal tube 2 has an external thread onto which is usually screwed an ordinary capsule, not shown and of which. the tube is fitted when you buy it. This capsule must therefore be removed each time it is desired to extract part of the contents of the tube, which has the disadvantage that it can get lost.
To obviate this drawback, it is replaced once and for all by a capsule comprising two distinct parts, a peripheral part 3 able to surround the neck of the receptacle, and a shutter member 4b forming its bottom and belonging to one of the arms, 4c , of a lever 4 mounted by an articulation of axis 5 at the end of an arm 3a of part 3. This lever has an operating arm 4a beyond an opening 12 through which the arm 3a passes.
The peripheral part 3 has at the bottom a protruding ear 3b perforated 8 'for the hooking to it of a spring 6 connected, on the other hand, to a bracket 7 articulated in a hole 8 of the arm 4c, spring having an initial tension tending to apply to the edge of the orifice of part 3 the member 46 in the form of a cap, the articulation of the stirrup 7 being to the left of the axis 5 in the closed position shown.

The cap could have any size suitable for its adaptation to vials or glass bottles. The axis of articulation of the shutter lever could be perpendicular to the plane of the edge of the orifice.
