Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Derivates der 4,4'-Dianiino-stilben-disulfonsäure-(2,2 Es wurde gefunden, dass man zu einem neuen Derivat der 4,4'-Diamino-stilben-disul- fonsäure-(2,2') gelangt, wenn man erfin dungsgemäss 1 Mol des Dinatriumsalzes der 4-[ (p-Methoxy-benzoyl) -amino] -4'- [2,4- di ehlor-1,3,5-triazyl-(6)-amino]-stilben-disulfoii- säure-(2,2')
mit 1 Mol N-Methyl-taurin-na- trium umsetzt.
Die Umsetzung kann z. B. in wässriger Lö sung bei etwa 25 vorgenommen werden. Das auf diese Weise erhaltene neue Na triumsalz der Formel

bildet ein helles, in Wasser lösliches Pulver, das als optisches Bleichmittel verwendet wer den kann.
Beispiel: 5,5 Teile des Dinatriumsalzes der 4-[ (p- Methoxy-benzoyl)-amino] -4'-amino-stilberi-di- sulfonsäure-(2,2') [das durch Kondensation von 4-Amino-4'-nitro -stilben - disiilfonsäure- (2,2') mit p-Methoxy-benzoylchlorid und an schliessende Reduktion erhalten werden kann] werden in 100 Teilen Wasser gelöst und bei 0-5 zu einer feinen,
durch Eintragen von 2 Teilen in 10 Teilen Aceton gelöstem Cya- nurchlorid in ein aus 20 Teilen Eis und 20 Teilen Wasser bestehendes Gemisch erhalte- neu Suspension zugetropft, wobei die Reak tionsmasse durch allmähliches Zugeben von 0,5 Teilen in 5 Teilen Wasser gelöstem Na- triiuncarbonat schwach sauer bis neutral gehal ten wird.
Sobald das Ausgangsmaterial ver schwunden ist, werden 5 Teile N-Methyl- ta.urin-natrium, die in 25 Teilen Wasser ge löst sind, zugefügt, die Temperatur innerhalb von 30 Minuten auf 25 gesteigert und 5 Stunden unter Aufrechterhaltung einer neu tralen Reaktion bei dieser Temperatur gehal ten. Das entstandene Kondensationsprodukt wird mit Natriumchlorid abgeschieden, fil triert, mit Natrüunchloridlösung gewaschen und dann getrocknet.
