Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines optischen     Aufhellungsmittels.            Gegenstand    vorliegenden Patentes ist ein  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines optischen       Aufhellungsmittels.    Das Verfahren ist da  durch gekennzeichnet, dass     inan        4-Nitro-4'-          ainino-stilben-2,2'-disulfonsäure    mit einem     2-          llthoxy-benzovlhalogenid        aeyliert,

      hierauf die       Nitrogruppe    des     Stilbenderivates    zur     Amino-          gruppe    reduziert und die erhaltene Verbin  dung mit einer den     Phenylearbaminorest    ein  führenden     Verbindung    umsetzt.  



  Das erhaltene neue     Aufhellungsmittel,    die  4 -     Phenvlureiclo    - 4' -     (2"-äthoxy-berizovl        amino)        -          stilberi        2,2'-disrilfonAure,    ist ein     t,-elbliehes     Pulver.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  Eine     50 /oige        aeetonisehe    Lösung von 23,1_       Teilen        ')-ilthoxv-benzoylchlorid        und        15        %        ige          wässrige        Sodalösung    werden unter Einhaltung  einer sehwach     laekrnus-alkalischeri    Reaktion  bei 8 bis     12     in eine Lösung von 40 Teilen  4 -     Nitro    -     4'-        arnino    -     stilben    -     2,

  2'-        disulfonsä.ure.     10,6 Teile     cale.    Soda. und 1.000 Teilen Wasser  unter gutem Rühren gleichzeitig eingetragen,  bis keine primären     Aminogruppen    mehr vor  handen sind. Das Aceton wird durch Erwär  men auf 80 bis 90  am absteigenden Kühler       abdestilliert,    das     Aeylierungsprodukt    mit 100  Teilen Kochsalz aasgesalzen, abgesaugt und  direkt. nach der Methode von     Beehamp    redu-    ziert.

   Man erhält so     diel        Amino-4'-(2"-äthoxv-          benzo,#-lamino)        -stilben-2,2'-disulfonsäure    als       seliwaeh    gelblich gefärbtes Pulver.  



  <B>25,9</B> Teile der erhaltenen     4-Amino-4'-(2"-          äthoxi-benzoylamino)        -stilben-2,2'-disulfonsäure     werden in 1000 Teilen     Wasser    unter Zusatz  von 5,3 Teilen     cale.    Soda gelöst und bei 20  bis 25  14 Stunden mit. 7 Teilen     Phenyliso-          eyanat    verrührt. Man erhitzt auf 80 bis 85 ,  filtriert heiss und salzt. mit 50 Teilen Kochsalz  aus.

   Das erhaltene     Dinatriumsalz    der     4-Phe-          ri@rIureido-4'-        ()"-äthoxv-benzoy        lamino)        -stilben-          2,2'-disulfonsäure,    ein gelbliches, wasserlös  liches Pulver, besitzt. gute Affinität zur Tex  tilfaser.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines optischen Aufhellungsmittels, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 4-Nitro-4'-amino-st.ilben-2,2'-disulfon- säure mit einem 2-Athoxy-benzoylhalogenid aeyliert, hierauf die Nitrogruppe des Stilben- derivates zur Aminogruppe reduziert und die erhaltene Verbindung mit einer den Phenvl- earbaminorest einführenden Verbindung um setzt.
