2.4-Dinitro-benzol- a.zo-l-naphthol-3,6-disulfonsäure imprägniert wurde) ständig neutral reagiert.
Process for the production of a new substance suitable for textile treatment. The present invention relates to a process for the production of a new substance suitable for textile treatment, which is characterized in that 2 moles of cyanuric acid chloride, 1 mole of 4,4'-diaminostilbene-2,1) 'disulfonic acid, 2 moles of cresidine and 2 moles of monoethanolamine to form 4,
4'-bis- (2-kresidino-4-ethanolamine o-1, 3, 5-triazyl- [6]) -diaminostilbene-2, 2 'disulfonic acid are reacted with one another.
The new substance forms. a yellow, solid sodium salt which dissolves in water to form a solution with a blue-violet fluorescence.
The reactants can be condensed in any order, but the 4,4'-diaminostilbene-2,2'-disulfonic acid will preferably be condensed with the cyanuric acid chloride, then the product will condense with the aromatic amine and finally monoethanolamine Add excess.
The new substance is used to increase the white color of textile materials and paper.
Example: 8 parts of caustic soda are stirred into a mixture of 37 parts (0.1 mol) of 4,4'-diaminostilbene 2,2'-disulfonic acid in 240 parts of water.
The clear solution thus obtained is in a suspension of cyanuric acid chloride (obtained by introducing a solution of 36.8 parts [0.2 mol] of cyanuric acid chloride in 92 parts of acetone in 1600 parts of water) within 30 - Minutes at a temperature of 20-25 C.
The resulting suspension is stirred for 2 hours at 20-25 ° C. and during this time 80 parts of a 10% sodium hydroxide solution are gradually added so that the resulting mixture is only slightly acidic on congo red paper; then you put with. 27.4 parts (0.2 moles) of cresidin, heat the mixture to 50 C and periodically add caustic soda in such a way that the suspension is on delta paper (i.e.
Paper, which with. 2.4-Dinitro-benzene-a.zo-l-naphthol-3,6-disulfonic acid was impregnated) constantly reacts neutrally. The implementation ends when the suspension has stopped becoming acidic, which takes about 1 hour. 24.4 parts (0.4 mol) of monoethanolamine are then added and the mixture is heated to 95-100 ° C. for 5 hours. The dinatrium salt is precipitated by adding 400 parts of sodium chloride.
It is filtered off and dried at 60.degree.
