  <B>Zusatzpatent</B> zum Hauptpatent Nr. 291811.         Verfahren    zur     Herstellung    eines     Trisazofarbstoffes.       Gegenstand vorliegenden Patentes ist ein  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Trisazofarb-          stoffes.    Das Verfahren ist dadurch gekenn  zeichnet, dass man die     Diazoverbindung    von  4 - (4"-     Amino    -     carbanilino)    - 4'-     oxy    - 3'-     ca.rboxy-          1,1'-azobenzol    mit 2-     (4'-Methyl-3'-amino-ben-          zoyiamino)

      - 5     -oxy-naphthalin-7-sulfonsäure     kuppelt, den gebildeten     Aminodisazofarbstoff          weiterdiazotiert    und mit 1     '.Hol        1,3-Dioxyben-          zol    vereinigt.  



  Der erhaltene neue     Trisazofarbstoff    stellt  ein braunes Pulver dar, das sich in Wasser  und in konzentrierter Schwefelsäure mit roter  Farbe löst und     Cellulosefasern    in roten Tönen       färbt.     



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  Man     tetrazotiert    22,7 Teile     1-(4'-Amino-          benzoylamino)-4-amino-benzol    bei 10  mit 13,8  Teilen     Natriumnitrit    wie üblich und kuppelt    zuerst     sodaalkalisch    mit 15,2 Teilen     2-Oxy-          benzol-l-carbonsäure.    Ist das Zwischenprodukt  fertig, wird die Suspension mit 25 Teilen  30%iger Salzsäure neutralisiert und bei 40   mit einer Lösung von 37,2 Teilen.

       2-(4'-Methyl-          3'-amino-benzoylamino)        -5-oxy-naphthalin-7-          sulfonsäure    und 45,4 Teilen     Natriumbicarbo-          nat    vereinigt. Der fertige     Disazofarbstoff     wird     sodaalkalisch        abfiltriert    und in 1000  Teilen Wasser und 1,6 Teilen Natronlauge  100 % suspendiert. Man     diazotiert    nach Zu  gabe von 7,6 Teilen     Natriumnitrit    bei 10   durch Zustürzen von 48 Teilen Salzsäure 30 %.

    Nach Beendigung der     Diazotierung        kuppelt     man durch Zulaufen der Suspension zu einer  Lösung von 11,0 Teilen     1,3-Dioxy-benzol    und  50 Teilen Soda in 110 Teilen Wasser. Der       Trisazofarbstoff    der Formel

    wird bei 60  mit 55 Teilen     Kochsalz    abgeschie  den,     abfiltriert    und     getrocknet.    Als braunes  Pulver löst sich der Farbstoff in Wasser und  in konzentrierter Schwefelsäure mit roter  Farbe. Er färbt     Cellulosefasern    in roten  Tönen, die sehr wasserecht sind und sich gut  ätzen lassen.
