Description

  

  Verfahren zur     Herstellung        eines    neuen Farbstoffes der     Phthalocyaninreihe.       Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich  auf ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen       Farbstoffes    der     Phthaloeyaninreihe,    welches       dadurch    gekennzeichnet ist, dass     Kupfer-tetra-          4-p-tolyiniercaptoplitlialoeyanin    mit     sym-Di-          ehlor-dimethyläther    zur Reaktion gebracht  wird, derart, dass drei     Chlormethylgruppen    in  das     Molekül    eingeführt werden.  



  Der neue Farbstoff ist ein grüner fester  Körper, der in Wasserunlöslich ist, sich hin  gegen in Schwefelsäure unter     Bildung    einer       griiii    gefärbten Lösung löst.    <I>Beispiel:</I>    Man löst 20 Teile Aluminiumchlorid in  7.00 Teilen Nitrobenzol und versetzt die     Lö-          sting    mit 5 Teilen     Kupfer-tetra-4-p-tolylmer-          c-aptophtha,

  loeyanin.    Im Verlaufe von 30     Mi-          inzten    wird ein Gemisch von 10 Teilen     sym-          Diehlordimethyläther    und 10 Teilen     Nitroben-          zol    bei 24 bis 26  C zugesetzt. Das     Gemiseh     wird während 1 Stunde gerührt und dann ab-    gekühlt. Dem auf einer unter 10  C liegenden  Temperatur gehaltenen Gemisch werden 50  Teile 7 %     iger    Salzsäure zugesetzt. Das Ge  misch wird in 1000 Teile Äthanol eingetragen,  worauf das feste Produkt     abfiltriert,    mit  Äthanol gewaschen und getrocknet wird.

   Das  Produkt ist ein fester Körper, der in Wasser  unlöslich ist, sich hingegen in Schwefelsäure  unter Bildung einer grünen Lösung löst.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Farbstoffes der Phthalocyaninreihe, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Kupfer-tetra-4-p-tolyl- mercaptophthalocyanin mit sym-Dichlordime- thyläther zur Reaktion gebracht wird, derart, dass drei Chlormethylggruppen in das Molekül eingeführt werden. Der neue Farbstoff ist ein grüner fester Körper, der in Wasser unlöslich ist, sich hin gegen in Schwefelsäure unter Bildung einer grün gefärbten Lösung löst.
