  <B>Zusatzpatent</B> zum Hauptpatent Nr. 242846.    Verfahren     zur        Herstellung    eines neuen     sauren        Anthrachinonfarbstoffes.       Das vorliegende Patent betrifft ein Ver  fahren zur Herstellung eines sauren     Anthra-          chinonfarbstoffes    und ist dadurch gekenn  zeichnet, dass man auf     1-Amino-(2'4'6'-tri-          methylphenylamino)-anthrachinon    - 2 -     sulf    an     -          säure    Chlor     einwirken    lässt.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  20 Teile     1-Amino-4-(2'4'6'-trimethylphe-          nylamino)    -     anthrachinon    - 2 -     sulfonsaures    Na-         trium    werden unter gutem Rühren bei 10 bis  20  in 120 Teilen     Oleum    von 3-4% gelöst,  worauf noch 0,2 Teile Jod zugegeben werden.  Hierauf werden langsam 3,4     Teile    Chlor ein  geleitet. Nach beendeter     Reaktion.    wird in  bekannter Weise aufgearbeitet. Der erhaltene  Farbstoff färbt Wolle     in    sehr lebhaften,  echten,     rötlichblauen    Tönen.

   Er löst sich     in     Schwefelsäure     conc.    mit blauer Farbe und  hat die Formel:

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen sauren Anhrachinonfarbstoffes, dadurch ge kennzeichnet, dass man auf 1-Amino-(2'4'6'- trimethylphenylamino) - anthrachinon - 2 - sul - fonsäure Chlor einwirken lässt. Der neue Farbstoff stellt ein dunkel blaues Pulver dar. Er färbt Wolle in sehr lebhaften, echten, rötlichblauen Tönen und löst sich in Schwefelsäure conc. mit blauer Farbe.
