Description

  

      Zusatzpatent    zum Hauptpatent Nr. 242846.    Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen sauren     Anthrachinonfarbatoffes.       Das vorliegende Patent betrifft ein Ver  fahren zur Herstellung eines sauren     Anthra-          chinonfarbstoffes        und    ist dadurch gekenn  zeichnet, dass man auf     1-Amino-4-(2'6'-dime-          thylphenylamino)-anthraehin.on-2-sulfonsäure     Brom einwirken lässt.

      <I>Beispiel:</I>  14,6     Teilel-Amino-4-(2'6'-dimethylphenyl-          amino)-anthrachinon-2-sulfonsäure    werden in  130 Teilen Schwefelsäure von 95-100% bei  10-20  gelöst und unter gutem Rühren lang  sam mit 6 Teilen Brom versetzt. Es     wird    so  lange gerührt, bis die Reaktion     beendet    ist,  wobei zum Schluss die Temperatur auf 40  bis 60      gesteigert        werden    kann.

   Der gebildete  Farbstoff wird in üblicher Weise durch Ein  giessen in Eis und Wasser abgetrennt und       abfiltriert.    Nach dem Aufarbeiten und  Trocknen erhält man ein dunkelblaues Pul  ver, das Wolle, Seide und andere Textilien  in sehr lebhaften     rötlichblauen    Tönen von  ausgezeichneten     Echtheiten    färbt. Der Farb  stoff löst sich in Schwefelsäure     conc.    mit  blauer Farbe und besitzt die Formel

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen sauren Anthrachinonfarbstoffes, dadurch ge kennzeichnet, dass man auf 1-Amino-4-(2'6'- dimethylphenylamino) - anthrachinon - 2 - sul- fonsäure Brom einwirken lässt. Der neue Farbstoff stellt ein dunkel blaues Pulver dar, das Wolle, Seide und andere Textilien in sehr lebhaften rötlich blauen Tönen von ausgezeichneten Echt- heiten färbt.
