Regulator device with balance and hairspring for a clockwork movement. The present invention relates to a regulator device with balance and hairspring for a clockwork movement.
This device is characterized by two stops between which the outer coil of the hairspring passes without play, by a support piece for these beams, rotatably mounted co-axially with the balance and by a device for fixing the outer end of the hairspring. iiionted in a support, itself rotatably mounted on said support part, and conc:
cntrically to the latter, all in such a way that the rotation of the fixing device can take place without causing said stops, while the. support piece, Mitées ent.raine the fixing device in its angular movements.
The appended drawing represents, by way of example, an embodiment of the object of the invention.
The fi-,. 1 is a top plan view of the regulator device.
The fi ,,. 2 is a view from below, and FIG. 3 is a section along III - III (Fig. 1, on an enlarged scale.
The regulator device shown corner- takes a balance 1 and a spiral spring ?. The rooster is designated by 3 and the rooster by 4.
An annular support part 5 is rotatably mounted around said cockle. This part has an ear 5n forming a split ring 6, clans which is fitted a cylindrical core 7 carrying two rotating rollers 8 between which passes without play the outer turn of the hairspring. An annular part 9 having an ear 9a is rotatably mounted around the annular part of the support 5.
This part is also integral with an index 9b, intended to move opposite a graduation 10 carried by the cock 3. The cylindrical core 11 is fitted in a hole in the ear 9a. This core carries a fixed clamping piece 12 having a groove 13 and a rotating clamping piece 14 split into 15 and having an eccentric part 16 intended to penetrate into the groove 13 and to press the spiral spring into the bottom of this groove. A screw 17 taking in the ear 9cr, holds the core 11 in place.
This regulating device is such that the part 9 can rotate around the part # 5 without driving the latter, while when the part 5 is. moved around the cockpit 4, the part 9 is driven. The adjustment is carried out as follows: The outer end of the hairspring being fixed between the clamping parts 12 and 1-I, the best angular position of the part 5 is sought. Exhibit 9 is. then moved to orient the hairspring and, thereby, the balance, relative to the fork of the anchor, and this without disturbing the position of the part 5.
The core 7 has a slot 18 thanks to which it can be turned by means of a screwdriver; this rotation allows. to perfect the setting.
