Description
Floor cleaning machine with vacuum cleaner. Floor cleaning machines are known which are combined with a vacuum cleaner in such a way that the dirt that has been loosened from the floor by the floor cleaning machine is sung away by the vacuum cleaner.
In the known Einriehtunoen of this type, the vacuum cleaner was rigidly connected to the frame of the floor cleaning machine, with the result that the distance of the suction opening of the vacuum cleaner from the floor surface changed according to the use of the brushes of the floor cleaning machine.
This distance therefore had to be selected for new, unused brushes in such a way that the suction opening did not come to rest on the floor itself when the brushes were used up. As a result, the vacuum cleaner opening on new brushes was too far from the floor and there was therefore no question of sufficient suction.
The subject of the present invention is a floor cleaning machine with vacuum cleaner, which is characterized in that the vacuum cleaner is freely rotatable about an axis on the frame of the floor cleaning machine and is supported against the floor by means of rollers.
In this case, the named axis and the axes of the rollers are arranged on different sides of the center of gravity of the vacuum cleaner, whereby this axis can be arranged on the side of the center of gravity of the vacuum cleaner facing away from the floor cleaning machine.
The drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention, namely FIG. 1 shows a partial section along the line II in FIG. 2, while FIG. 2 shows a plan view of the leadership represents.
The frame of the floor cleaning machine is labeled 1 . In it, the back gear is not presented between the motor and the brushes 2, also not shown. At one end it has two support arms 3 , at the free end of which the vacuum cleaner 5 is freely rotatable by means of the bolt 4. The vacuum cleaner 5 essentially consists of the motor covered by the protective hood 6 , which drives the suction fan 8 </ B via the axis 7 > drives. At the end of the downward-widening Sang support 9 two grooves 10 are mounted on both sides, which support the vacuum cleaner against the floor.
The exhaust socket 11 is used to connect a vacuum cleaner.
It goes without saying that, for example, the vacuum cleaner and the floor cleaning motor from a gun, machine can also be driven by the same X .
From this constructive structure. it can be seen that regardless of the distance of the frame 1 from the floor, which distance in turn is given by the height or the degree of abrasion of the brushes 2, the off if the sow stood, opening 12 above the ground always remains the same.
The whole vacuum cleaner swings clockwise around the axis of the bolts 4 with increasing wear of the brushes 2, and the suction effect remains the same regardless of the degree of wear of the brushes thanks to the constant distance of the suction opening 12 from the floor.
