Additional device for high-speed units used for chopping food and the like. The subject of the invention is a further training of the additional device marked in the claim of the main patent for high-speed, for chopping food and the like serving units. The additional invention consists in that a vertical drive shaft driven via the reduction gear is provided in the attachment for receiving the material to be processed. and that in addition to the machining organ consisting of a cutting tool, other Sehneidwerkzeuge are also provided, which can be exchangeably arranged on the drive shaft.
With the help of these interchangeable cutting tools, a planing and grating of vegetables, fruits, nut kernels, etc. is made light; will.
In the drawing, for example, an embodiment of the subject invention is shown in longitudinal section.
In the embodiment shown, 1 is the upper part of a known, high-speed drive unit which is used to produce homogeneous mixtures. The drive shaft 1 'rotates at a speed of approximately 12,000 revolutions. In turn, an attachment is easily removable, which consists of an upwardly widening, bowl-shaped vessel 2 and a Ge gear housing 3 screwed onto the underside of the vessel bottom. The vessel 2 is made of injection-molded aluminum and has a high-gloss finish on the outside. An axial shaft bearing 4, in which the drive shaft 5 is mounted, rises in the middle of the vessel bottom. A worm 8 is mounted in a bearing bore 6 of the gear housing bottom and in an axial bearing bore 7 at the lower end of the drive shaft 5.
This is driven by a square of the shaft 1 ', which engages in a square hole 9 of the worm, and engages in the bearing bore 7 by means of a stepped axle journal 10. The worm 8 drives a worm wheel 11, the axis of which is mounted horizontally in bearings of the Ge gear housing and in turn is designed as a worm 12. The worm 12 drives a worm wheel 13, the axis of which is vertically gela in bearings of the gearbox housing and a pinion 14 carries. This drives the drive shaft 5 via an intermediate pinion 15, the lower end of which is provided with a ring gear 16 for this purpose.
The transmission members 8, 11, 12 and 13 represent a reduction gear through which the speed of the high-speed drive unit is reduced from 12,000 to about 120-250 revolutions per minute of the drive shaft 5. becomes.
The protruding from the bearing 4 end of the drive shaft 5 has a square 17, which is used to accommodate interchangeable planing and grating tools of a well-known design. In the case shown, a planing tool 18 is attached, for example, which is formed from a dish-shaped, arched disk and has cutting edges 19 pressed out and ground at slots on the convex upper side.
The planing tool has a bearing hub 20, which is formed with a square hole 21 for a handle of the square 17. A filler neck 22 for receiving the material to be cut is arranged over the planing tool. This is held in a guide stub 23 which is arranged on the edge of the vessel 2 by means of four radial support arms 24.
Two opposite support arms 24 are supported only on the edge of the vessel, while the two other support arms 24 are hook-shaped and with their inwardly directed hooks end 24 'engaging in edge incisions or grooves of the vessel form a bayonet lock. The feed port 22 engages with means of pin 25 in pressed grooves 26 of the guide port 23 and is held in this way with respect to the former.
The space of the filler neck 22 is divided by a partition 27 into a smaller and into a larger receiving space. The smaller recording rates can be operated with a pressed wood 29 provided with hand 28, by means of which the material to be cut can be pressed against the tool 18.
The tool that works as a plane can be exchanged for another tool, for example as a raffle tool. A set of 5-6 different fine cutting or grating tools is completely sufficient for a vegetable and fruit slicer commonly used in businesses and households and is also provided for the additional device described.
The cutting tools are advantageously formed so that all types of vegetables such as potatoes, beets, cabbage, etc., including fruits such as almonds, etc., coarsely or finely chopped into slices, strips, etc., respectively. can be cut up.
