Description

  

  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines     acylierten        aliphatischen        Aminocarbonsäureamides.       Gegenstand vorliegenden Patentes ist ein  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines     acylierten          aliphatischen        Aminocarbonsäureamides,    da  durch gekennzeichnet, dass man     N-Propionyl-          a    -     allylamino    -     isovaleriansäure    -     dimethylamid     reduziert.

   Die entstandene neue Verbindung,  das     N-Propionyl-a-        (n-propylamino)        -isovale-          riansäure-dimethylamid    der Formel

    bildet eine farblose Flüssigkeit vom Siede  punkt 113-115  unter 0,1 mm Druck. Sie  soll therapeutische Verwendung finden.    <I>Beispiel:</I>    24 Teile N -     Propionyl    -     allylamino    -     iso        -          valeriansäure-dimethylamid    werden in 100 Tei  len     50Ohigem    Alkohol gelöst, mit 2,5 Teilen       Raney-Nickel    versetzt und mit Wasserstoff  bei Zimmertemperatur geschüttelt.

   Sobald die  berechnete Menge Wasserstoff aufgenommen  ist, wird vom Katalysator     abfiltriert,    der Al  kohol     abdestilliert    und die     wässrige    Lösung    mit     Kaliumhydroxyd        gesättigt.    Das abge  schiedene öl wird in     Xylol    aufgenommen und  getrocknet. Nach     Abdestillieren    des Lösungs  mittels wird das     N-Propionyl-a-        (n-propyl-          amino)    -     isovaleriansäure    -     dimethylamid    im  Hochvakuum destilliert.

   Es siedet unter  0,1 mm bei 113 bis 115     11.     



  Statt bei Zimmertemperatur, kann die Hy  drierung auch bei 50 bis 60  ausgeführt wer  den.

The separated oil is taken up in xylene and dried. After the solvent has been distilled off, the N-propionyl-a- (n-propyl-amino) -isovaleric acid-dimethylamide is distilled in a high vacuum.

   It boils below 0.1 mm at 113 to 115 11.

Die entstandene neue Verbindung, das N - Propionyl - a - (n - propylamino) - iso- valeriansäure-dimethylamid der Formel EMI0001.0048 bildet eine farblose Flüssigkeit vom Siede punkt 113 bis 115 unter 0,1 mm Druck.
