Description

  

  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines     acylierten        aliphatischen        Aminocarbonsäureamides.       Gegenstand vorliegenden Patentes ist ein  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines     acylierten          aliphatischen        Aminocarbonsäureamides.    Das  Verfahren ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass  man     N-Crotonyl-a-äthylamino-n-valeriansäure-          dimethylamid    reduziert.

   Die entstandene neue  Verbindung, das     N-Butyroy        1-a-äthylamino-n-          valeriansäure-dimethylamid    der Formel

    bildet eine farblose Flüssigkeit vom Siede  punkt. 119 bis 120  unter 0,02 mm Druck. Sie  soll therapeutische Verwendung finden.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  24 Teile     N-Crotonyl-a-äthylamino-n-vale-          riansäure-dimethylamid    werden in 100 Teilen       50o/oigem    Alkohol gelöst, mit 2,5 Teilen       Raney-Nickel    versetzt und mit Wasserstoff  bei Zimmertemperatur geschüttelt. Sobald die  berechnete Menge Wasserstoff aufgenommen  ist, wird vom Katalysator     abfiltriert,    der Al  kohol     abdestilliert    und die     wässrige    Lösung  mit     Kaliumhydroxyd    gesättigt. Das abge  schiedene öl wird in     Xylol    aufgenommen  getrocknet.

   Nach     Abdestillieren    des Lösungs  mittels wird das N-Butyroyl-a-äthylamino-n-         valeriansäure-dimethylamid    im Hochvakuum  destilliert. Es siedet unter 0,02 mm bei 119  bis 120 . Statt bei Zimmertemperatur kann  die Hydrierung auch bei 60  ausgeführt  werden.

  <I> Example: </I> 24 parts of N-crotonyl-a-ethylamino-n-valeric acid dimethylamide are dissolved in 100 parts of 50% alcohol, 2.5 parts of Raney nickel are added and hydrogen is added at room temperature shaken. As soon as the calculated amount of hydrogen has been absorbed, the catalyst is filtered off, the alcohol is distilled off and the aqueous solution is saturated with potassium hydroxide. Die entstandene neue Verbindung, das N-Butyroyl-a-äthyla.mino-n-valeriansäure- dimet.hylamid der Formel EMI0001.0034 bildet eine farblose Flüssigkeit vom Siedepunkt 119 bis 120 unter 0,02 mm Druck.
