Winding gear for watches with manual and automatic winding. For watches that have a manual winding device in addition to the automatic winding system, this is possible. the endeavor to disengage as many transmission wheels of the manual winding as possible during automatic winding in order to avoid undesired friction losses due to the additional drive of the wheels of the manual winding back gear.
This is also the aim of the present invention, which has a Aufzuoworleger for watches with manual and automatic winding to the subject, which is characterized in that a drive wheel belonging to the manual winding is mounted on a pivotable lever.
is and that the longitudinal axis of this lever with the connecting line between the centers of this drive wheel and a second, with the first are intermittently in engagement, the drive wheel already belongs to the automatic elevator includes an angle that, measured in the direction of rotation of the first drive wheel, is smaller is as 180, with resilient means are provided, which just go straight,
in order to ensure the engagement between the two drive wheels when the drive wheels are stationary. Advantageously, the crown wheel can serve as the first drive wheel and the ratchet wheel as the second drive wheel. It is also useful to provide the usual locking cone and its spring as the resilient means and to let this act on the crown wheel instead of the ratchet wheel and to assign it to the opposite side of the engagement with the ratchet wheel.
In the drawing, lind is shown schematically for example, an embodiment of the subject of the invention. The elevator drive wheel 1, which is in connection with the crown axis in a manner not shown, is in engagement with the crown wheel 2. This crown wheel 2 is on a pivot point - 1 pivotable lever 3 mounted.
In the rest position of the back gear, the crown wheel 2 is held by the action of the locking cone 7 and the spring 8, which acts on the latter, with your ratchet 5 in engagement, wel che position is drawn with full line. The spring force is just enough to maintain the grip.
If the manual elevator is now operated and the elevator drive 1 is rotated in the direction of the arrow, a force t1 is transmitted to the common center of gravity S of the pivotable parts (lever 3 and crown wheel 2), while B </ I > is the force that is generated by the transmission of the rotary movement from crown wheel 2 (arrow II) to ratchet wheel 5 (arrow III)
is exercised by this last on the crown wheel 2. This results in a resultant C, through which such a rotational force is transmitted to the lever 3 that the crown wheel 2 is pressed even more against the ratchet wheel 5 and thus remains in engagement in all cases (arrow IV). The rotary movement of the manual winding is transmitted in this way to the ratchet wheel 5 and, in a manner not shown, to the barrel.
If the watch is wound by means of the automatic winding system, for example by oscillating the flywheel, the rotating movement of the flywheel is transmitted to the ratchet wheel 5 in the direction of arrow III in a manner not shown.
Because the ratchet wheel 5 is the driving part and the crown wheel 2 is the driven part, the forces acting on the common center of gravity of the crown wheel 2 Luid of the lever 3 are as follows: A force D, originating from the power transmission ratchet wheel 5 / Ilron wheel 2 , a force E, originating from the power transmission ratchet 2 / elevator drive 1, from which a resultant F results, under the influence of which the lever 3 together with the crown wheel 2 are pivoted in the direction of the arrow V.
The action of the spring 8 can be neglected ver that it can be made so small by appropriate NVahl both the spring strength and the place of attack that it is just enough: eht to intervene between crown wheel and rule at standstill of the drives To maintain or restore locking wheel.
The pivoting of the lever 3 together. the bearing of the crown wheel 2, which is under the influence of. Resulting F occurs, causes the Kr.onrad to come out of engagement with the ratchet wheel and so all other drives of the manual winding are disengaged during the automatic winding.
It is clear that these balance of forces are dependent on the direction of rotation and the mutual position of the individual drives and the lever axis. If one takes into account the fact that in the case of the Lland drive, the force component B will always be greater than the force component A, and that the force component E is always greater than the force component D, then ers - ehtl _, _ 'eh that the desired conditions always exist
if the 'angle between the longitudinal axis of the lever and the connecting line between the centers of the crown wheel 2 and the ratchet wheel 5, measured in the direction of rotation of the crown wheel 2, is less than 180, the ratios being particularly advantageous in the range between 90 and 180. are.
It goes without saying that this coupling can be applied anywhere in the back gear of a watch and that it is not restricted to the crown wheel and the ratchet wheel. It is also possible not to use a spring-loaded locking mechanism as the Riirkführlzra.ftquelle, but another suitable device.
