Fraise. L'objet de la. présente invention est une fraise, notamment pour le travail du bois.
Cette fraise est caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend au moins un couteau dont les deux extrémités sont supportées chacune par une pièce formant protection et dont la partie affûtée est située à l'intérieur de la fraise.
Le dessin représente, à titre d'exemple, plusieurs formes d'exécution de l'objet de l'invention.

Une des extrémités des couteaux est supportée par un anneau 4, l'autre par une bague 5 dont l'intérieur est fileté pour être adapté au porte- outil, Le porte-outil comprend une tige 6 venue d'une pièce avec une. cuvette 7 présen tant des ouvertures 8 et 9 destinées à la sor tie des copeaux. Cette cuvette présente en outre un filetage 10 ventant se visser dans la bague 5 de la fraise.
La. fraise selon les fig. 3 et 4 comprend trois couteaux représentés par 11, 12 et 13. Une de leurs extrémités est supportée par une pièce 14, l'autre par une bague 15 dont l'in térieur est fileté pour être adapté au porte- outil,. Le porte-outil est identique à celui dé crit pour la fraise représente par les fig. 1 et 2.
La. fraise de la, fi-. 5 comprend trois cou teaux dont deux, désignés par 16 et 17, sont visibles. Une de leurs extrémités est suppor- téé par une pièce 18, solidaire d'une tige 19. La seconde extrémité des couteaux est sup portée par une bague 20 solidaire d'un disque 21 présentant des ouvertures 22 destinées à la sortie des copeaux et au travers duquel passe la tige 19.
La fraise représentée par la fig. 6 com prend une tige 23 solidaire d'un plateau 24 fileté en 25. L'extrémité de la tige est filetée en 26. Les couteaux dont deux, désignés par 27 @et 28, sont visiblest sur -la figure, sont maintenus en place par deux bagues, l'une désignée par 29 venant se visser sur le pas de vis 25, l'autre désignée par 30 vissée sur le pas de vis 26.
Dans la fig. 7, les couteaux désignés par Q<B>I</B> et 32 présentent un angle droit, Dans la fig. 8, les couteaux, désignés par 33 et 34, présentent un angle aigu.
La fig. 9 montre que la face affûtée des couteaux, indiquée par 35, se trouve à l'inté- rieur de la fraise. Cette disposition se re trouve pour toutes les fraises décrites ici.
Les pièces supportant les extrémités des couteaux constituent une protection contre les accidents.
Les bords d'attaque des couteaux sont en forme hélicoïdale et placés légèrement plus à l'extérieur que les bords de fuite.

One of the ends of the knives is supported by a ring 4, the other by a ring 5, the interior of which is threaded to be adapted to the tool holder. The tool holder comprises a shank 6 which comes in one piece with one. bowl 7 having openings 8 and 9 for the exit of chips. This cup also has a thread 10 venting to screw into the ring 5 of the cutter.
The strawberry according to fig. 3 and 4 comprises three knives represented by 11, 12 and 13. One of their ends is supported by a part 14, the other by a ring 15, the interior of which is threaded to be adapted to the tool holder. The tool holder is identical to that described for the cutter represented by figs. 1 and 2.
The. Strawberry, fi-. 5 comprises three knives of which two, designated by 16 and 17, are visible. One of their ends is supported by a part 18, integral with a rod 19. The second end of the knives is supported by a ring 20 integral with a disc 21 having openings 22 intended for the exit of the chips and the through which the rod 19 passes.
The strawberry represented by FIG. 6 com takes a rod 23 integral with a plate 24 threaded at 25. The end of the rod is threaded at 26. The knives, two of which, designated by 27 @ and 28, are visible in the figure, are held in place by two rings, one designated by 29 screwed onto the thread 25, the other designated by 30 screwed onto the thread 26.
In fig. 7, the knives designated by Q <B> I </B> and 32 have a right angle, In fig. 8, the knives, designated by 33 and 34, have an acute angle.
Fig. 9 shows that the sharp side of the knives, indicated by 35, is inside the cutter. This arrangement is found for all of the cutters described here.
The parts supporting the ends of the knives provide protection against accidents.
The leading edges of the knives are helical in shape and placed slightly further to the outside than the trailing edges.
The present invention can naturally be extended to other shapes of strawberries than those described here,
