Outil à usages multiples. L'objet de la présente invention est un outil à usages multiples. Cet outil est carac térisé par un manche creux présentant des fentes longitudinales, par des pièces actives disposées dans ce manche, pouvant en partie en sortir et munies chacune d'une tête tra versant l'une des fentes susmentionnées, et pouvant coulisser dans cette fente et par un dispositif qui, quand une pièce active se trouve en position de travail en partie hors du manche, permet de fixer temporairement 1a tête de cette pièce se trouvant alors dans le bas de sa rainure.
Le dessin ci-annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution de l'objet de la présente invention.
Les fig. 1 et 2 en sont deux vues en élé vation, en position de repos, respectivement en position de travail; la fig. 3 en est une coupe verticale, et la fig. 4 est une coupe par IV-IV de fig. 1.
L'outil représenté comprend un manche 1; formé d'un cylindre creux la de grand dia mètre qui présente cinq fentes longitudinales id et qui se termine, à sa partie inférieure, par une partie conique 1 b à laquelle succède un petit cylindre creux 1,; à la partie supé rieure du cylindre 1A, est figée par une vis 2, une douille en bois 3; dans l'intérieur du cy lindre l a sont disposées cinq pièces actives 4, 5, 5, 7 et 8, les pièces 4, 5 et 6 étant- des la mes de tournevis, de largeur différente, la pièce 7, une mèche à forer, et la pièce 8, une lame d'alésoir (on pourrait imaginer des piè ces faisant d'autres travaux);
chacune de ces pièces se termine par une tête 9 présentant une partie amincie qui traverse l'une des fen tes 1d et une partie plus large située à l'ex térieur de cette fente; les pièces actives s'en gagent dans le manche avant que l'on ait fixé à celui-ci la douille 3; au bas du manche est montée rotativement, sur celui-ci, une ba gue 10 présentant une rainure 11 de joint à baïonnette.
Supposons que l'on veuille utiliser lai. lame de tournevis 5. On la fait descendre le long de sa rainure; son extrémité inférieure s'engage dans la partie conique lb, puis Pé- nôtre dans la partie cylindrique 1 . qui l'en serre, ceci jusqu'à ce que la tête correspon dante soit arrivée au bas de la rainure. En ce moment-là, on fait entrer cette tête dans la rainure de joint à baïonnette de la bague 11, ce qui, avec la portée cylindrique L. main tient la lame en position de travail.
Chaque pièce active est soumise à l'action d'un ressort à boudin 12, qui appuie, d'une part, contre la paroi du manche, et, d'autre part, sur cette pièce. Ce ressort empêche cette pièce de se mettre en biais, dans le cylindre et appuie la tête correspondante contre le bord de la rainure dans laquelle elle se déplace.
Chacune des têtes 9 peut porter ext6rieu- rement un signe spécial (lettre, numéro, etc.) servant à désigner la pièce active qui corres pond à cette tête.

The tool shown comprises a handle 1; formed of a hollow cylinder 1a of large diameter which has five longitudinal slits id and which ends, at its lower part, in a conical part 1b which is followed by a small hollow cylinder 1; at the upper part of the cylinder 1A, is fixed by a screw 2, a wooden socket 3; in the interior of the cylinder 1a are arranged five active parts 4, 5, 5, 7 and 8, the parts 4, 5 and 6 being the size of screwdrivers, of different width, the part 7, a bit to be drilled , and part 8, a reamer blade (one could imagine parts doing other work);
each of these parts ends with a head 9 having a thinned part which passes through one of the windows 1d and a wider part located outside this slot; the active parts engage in the handle before the sleeve 3 has been fixed to the latter; at the bottom of the handle is mounted rotatably, thereon, a ba gue 10 having a bayonet seal groove 11.
