Description

  

  Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von flachen Gebilden beliebiger Form aus       teigartigen    Massen, insbesondere Schokolade.    Die     Erfindun#t,        be:ziehtsich    auf eine     Vor-          ricUtung    zur Herstellung von flachen Ge  bilden beliebiger     Porm    aus     taigartigen        Mas-          2n          sen,    insbesondere Schokolade.  



  Die erfindungsgemässe Vorrichtung be  sitzt eine Trommel -mit am Umfang     abge,-          gr-enztem    Innenraum, deren     zylindrisühe     Wand, Öffnungen aufweist" einen endlosen  ]Riemen ohne     Durehbreohungen,    der über  einem Teil     de-,s,        Trommelumfangesi    bis zu. einer  Stelle auf der Unterseite mit der Trommel in  Kontakt steht, sowie einen mindestens     an,-          nähernd    an der tiefsten Stelle an der Innen  wand     der    Trommel arbeitenden Schaber.  



  Mit dieser Vorrichtung ist es     möglieh,    die  Gebilde auf     merh"i-nisGliem    Wege zu formen  und den     Hers,tellungsproze3        beträlchtlich    zu  beschleunigen.  



  Die     Zeiehnung    zeigt     sühematisch    eine bei  spielsweise     Aus#führungsform    der Erfindung.       Fig.   <B>1</B> ist ein     Quersiehnitt    und,     -          Fig.    2 ein     Län#gssichnitt    in der Ebene       Il#II    der     Fig.   <B>1.</B>  



  Die     Vorriehtung    besteht aus der     Trommel-          1,    die aussen an ihren beiden Enden mit Um  fangsringen 2,<B>3</B> versehen ist,     mitIels!    derer  sie von den     Ro-Iibn    4 drehbar gestützt wird.

         Der    eine     Rino-    2 ist mit einer Rille versehen,  ,deren Grund mit den     auf        diesier    Seite     befind-          liehen    Rollen 4 in Berührung steht, und so  eine,     Längsverschiebung    der Trommel verhin-         dert,    während der andere Ring glatt ist,  damit     siehdie    Trommel frei ausdehnen kann.  



       Ein    endloser ]Riemen<B>5</B> ohne,     Durchbre-          ehungen,    der in     niellt        gezeiohlieter    Weise an  getrieben wird, steht über einen grossen Teil  ,der Trommel,     m#it    deren     Aüssenflä.,eIle    in Be  rührung. Er läuft seinerseits; über Walzen<B>6,</B>  <B>7</B> -und<B>8.</B>  



  Auf der Unterseite der Trommel<B>1</B>     ver-          lässt    der Riemen,<B>5</B> die     Tromniel    auf ihrer       reehten    Seite in einiger Entfernung von der  durch die Trommelachse     gellend-en    Vertikal  ebene.  



  An den Trommelenden ist der Innenraum       är    Trommel an ihrem     Umfang        dureh        Bleehe     <B>9</B>     abg,        enzt,    so     däss    die Trommel die zu  verarbeitende     Maeis(#    in einer verhältnismässig  niedrigen     S!ohi#rht,höhe    aufnehmen kann, wie  dies in der Zeichnung dargestellt ist.  



  In der     Nälie    des tiefsten Punktes der  Trommel<B>1</B> ist ein     Sella-ber   <B>10</B> vorgesehen,  der auf einer W,     elle   <B>11</B> sitzt, deren Enden sieh  über die Trommel hinaus     erstreeken        und    in  den festen Lagern<B>12</B>     drelib#argel,a"o#ert    sind.
