  Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von   Gebäckstücken.   



   Es sind bereits Vorrichtungen bekannt, bei denen Brezeln u. dgl. durch Einpressen des Teiges in die Formhohlräume zweier zusammenarbeitenden Formwalzen hergestellt werden. Es würden auch bereits Maschinen in Vorschlag gebracht, bei denen die Herstellung   langgekörperter   Teigstücke zwischen zwei Walzen erfolgten, deren untere von einem Transportgut umschlossen war. 



   Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von   Gebäekstücken,   die das Aussehen von geflochtenen Semmeln,   Weihnaehtsstriezeln u,   dgl. geflochtener Backware haben, bei der die Teigstücke zwischen zwei am Umfang mit Formhohlräumen versehenen Trommeln hindurchgehen, wobei die Hohlräume durch scharfe Rippen umschlossen sind. 



   Zweck dieser Vorrichtung ist darin gelegen, das viel Zeit und Geschwindigkeit erfordernde Flechten von Teigwaren durch einen Fördervorgang zu ersetzen, wie er in anderer Ausführung bei einfach geformten   Gebäckstücken   bereits zur Anwendung gelangt ist. 



   Auf der Zeichnung ist eine Ausführungsform des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt. Fig. 1 zeigt die Ansieht von vorne, Fig. 2 ist Seitenansicht zu Fig. l, Fig. 3 und 4 sind   Längsschnitte   der oberen und unteren Formtrommeln, Fig. 5 ist eine Seitenansicht zu Fig. 3 und Fig. 6 ist eine Seitenansicht zu Fig. 4,
1 ist die obere Formtrommel, 2 die untere Formtrommel, welche mittels eines beliebigen Antriebs betrieben werden. Die Hohlräume fi der oberen Trommel sind durch scharfe Rippen 7 umschlossen. Die untere Trommel 2 weist ebenfalls Formhohlräume auf. 



   Zwischen den beiden Trommeln 1 und 2 ist ein Transportgut 3 angeordnet an dessen Ende 4 die   TeigstÜcke   aufgelegt werden. Das Teigstück wird mittels des endlosen Fördergurtes zwischen die Trommeln   1,   2 befördert, wo vermöge ihrer Formhohlräume, dessen erwünschte Formveränderung entsteht, worauf es im Punkte 5 in   endgilltiger   Form den Apparat verlässt. Der Gurt   5   umschliesst die untere Trommel 2, berührt sie jedoch nur an der obersten und untersten Stelle. Die Formhohlräume 6 entsprechen dem Aussehen des erzeugten Gebäckes und sind bei der oberen Trommel tiefer durchgeführt.
