Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Formtrommel zur Herstellung von Figurengebäck, welche sich von bekannten Einrichtungen dieser Art dadurch unterscheidet, dass die in bekannter Weise in Figuren eingepressten Teigformstücke von in radialer Richtung nach aussen verschiebbaren Stempeln, die einen Teil der Matrize bilden, ausgestossen werden, derart, dass sie bloss das Lösen der Formlinge im vorderen Teile einleiten, worauf das vollständige Auslösen der Formlinge durch e ! ne zwischen Figurenwalze und Formlinge angeordnete Walze aus weichem Material bewirkt wird. Diese Anordnung hat den Vorteil, dass der geformte Teig ohne jegliche Beschädigung in scharfer Ausprägung aufgelegt wird.
