Grass drying plant with the drying apparatus pre-connected storage container with feed device. There is a need to supply drying apparatus with storage 1-xeliä.lter with a feed device, so that the drying apparatus is continuously fed dry material in the amount in which it can process it. However, these are only uni devices for trickling dry material ..
A suitable construction is still lacking for grass or dry material of a similar nature, which is only allowed to be loosened evenly in the dryer. On the other hand, there is a special need for this because glass grass is usually brought to the apparatus in an amount determined by the capacity of a cart and the cart remains there until its contents have been emptied into the dryer by hand,
which takes longer, the less the apparatus does in the unit of time. At the same time, the service staff is also used for d.ts meals, even if their performance is not sufficiently exploited by the speed of the meal. Then it would be better - if the contents of the car could be emptied quickly into a storage container so that the car could be quickly available again.
The subject matter of the present invention is a Grastroeknungsanlage with the drying apparatus upstream Vorratsbe container with feed device, which is characterized in that the drying apparatus upstream storage container has a bottom conveying to the filling opening of the Trockenappara tes, whose conveying speed is less than half the conveying speed Drying apparatus is
and that between the end of this conveyor floor and: the filling opening of the drying apparatus, a loosening flow is switched on, the initial speed of which is at least twice as high as the conveying speed in the drying apparatus.
The drawing shows a Ausführungsbei game of the subject invention.
The drying apparatus a is equipped with several horizontal endless conveyor belts b, on which the material to be dried runs through the apparatus in a zigzag from top to bottom. About the A filling opening o sits the tine drum in, and, in front of this is built on your drying apparatus a of the storage container d with the conveyor floor e designed as an endless conveyor belt.
The walls c of the storage container are so high that they can hold roughly the contents of a trolley, and the speed at which the conveyor floor runs is such that it moves the amount of dry goods against the drum m that the drying apparatus in the same time can process.
There. the height of the dry material layer in the storage container d is several times greater than the layer height on the belts b of the dryer, the conveying speed of the belt e must be just as much lower than the conveying speed of the belts b in the dryer a.
In addition, the circumferential speed of the loosening drum must be so high (at least twice as high as the conveying speed of the belts b) that it delivers the drying well finely divided into the filling opening b in the same amount per unit of time as it is it is fed and in which it can be processed by the dryer.
For the purpose of good loosening of the goods, the drum has a direction of rotation according to the arrow drawn in such a way that the drying is conveyed well over the drum through the channel formed by it and the circularly curved wall n into the drying apparatus. In order to save heat, the condensation heat of the water evaporated in the dryer a is used to pre-dry the goods,
by warming air with the help of the condensation heat and sending it through part of the dry material stored in the storage container. For this purpose, a section of the storage container d located directly in front of the loosening drum m is used. For this purpose, a heat exchanger k and a fan 1 are attached to a wall of the drying apparatus a. The latter drives fresh air through the heat exchanger k, which with. the dryer a taken over steam is heated.
The fresh air thus heated is guided under the storage container d covered by the wall f on the floor to the opening g, where it passes through the conveyor belt e designed as a sieve and the overlying dry material. So that this is not lifted up or broken by the air flow, a cover band q is provided which runs over drums p and which extends over the entire opening g - at a distance from it,
how this is necessary to hold the dry goods. The section of the storage container (l reaching as far as the front drum p must now be freshly refilled as soon as it has emptied so that the heat gained from the vapor condensation is not lost.
