Bumper bearing, in particular for clockwork movement. The object of the present invention is a bumper bearing, in particular for clockwork movement, comprising a link into which a pierced stone is forcibly introduced and on a shoulder of which a counterpivot stone rests, this assembly constituting a mobile unit against the action of a leaf spring, characterized in that said kitten is guided:
and centered, during .de its movements at the moment of an impact, by means of balls.
The appended drawing represents, by way of example, three embodiments of the bearing forming the subject of the invention, constituted by bearings for balance pivots.
Fig. 1 is a sectional view: axial of the first embodiment.
Figs. 2 and 3 are analogous views of two other embodiments.
In fig. 1, 1 designates the plate or the board che du coq in which the bearing is fixed. In an opening of this board 1 is forced a bearing body 2. A (inside the body 2 is placed a kitten 3 in which is introduced by force a pierced stone 4.
A counterpivot stone 5 rests on a: shoulder of the chaton 3. 6 designates a balance pivot. The assembly formed by the kitten 3, the pierced stone 4 and the counterpivot stone 5 constitutes a mobile unit which can move when. shock, against the action of a spring:
blade 7 which rests, on the one hand, in a groove of the body 2 and, on the other hand, on the counterpivot stone 5. The outer -surface of the kitten 3 has a conical part 8 through which said kitten presses, under the action of the spring 7, on balls 9, three in number for example, made of steel or all: other materials, held freely by means of a collar not shown.
When the moving assembly moves at the moment of an impact, it is then brought back into place by the action of the leaf spring 7 and it is guided and perfectly centered by the balls 9. Due to the fact 4th the conical part 8, the kitten can make a certain lateral displacement during an impact, by lifting itself up.
The embodiment shown in FIG. 2 differs from the previous one by the outer shape of the kitten 3 which does not have a conical part but a part 10 having in section a profile in the form of a segment of a circle which follows the contour of the balls 8.
The body 2 also has a conical part 11 against which the balls 8 press. During an impact, the mobile unit can, here also, perform a certain lateral displacement by the fact that the balls can roll on the conical part 11. .
In the embodiment of FIG. 3, the balls are arranged between a recti fied wall 12 of the hole: of the plate or of the cock and a conical part 8 of the kitten.
