Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Trihalogenacrylsäureesters. Gegenstand vorliegenden Patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Trihalogen- acrylsäureesters. Das Verfahren ist dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass man eine Verbindung der Formel

auf eine Verbindung der Formel CH2-CH-CH2 <B>Y</B> worin X und Y reaktionsfähige, mit Aus nahme eines in einem von ihnen enthaltenen Sauerstoffatoms, sich bei der Reaktion ab spaltende Reste bedeuten, einwirken lässt.
Die entstandene neue Verbindung, der Trichlor- acrylsäure-allylester, siedet bei 93-95 unter 14 mm Druck. Sie soll als Insektizid Ver wendung finden.
Beispiel: 15 Teile wasserfreier Allylalkohol wer den tropfenweise mit 10 Teilen Trichlor- acrylsäurechlorid versetzt und die entstan dene Mischung am Rückflusskühler 3-4 Stun den auf 120-130 erhitzt.
Nach dem Ab kühlen giesst man in Wasser, nimmt das aus geschiedene ÜI in Äther auf, wäscht die Ätherlösung mit verdünnter Sodalösung und Wasser und trocknet über Natriumsulfat. Der Rückstand der Ätherlösung wird im Vakuum destilliert und zeigt einen Siede punkt von 93-95 unter 14 mm Druck. Die Reaktion kann ferner vorteilhaft in Gegen- wart säurebindender Mittel, wie z.
B. Pyr- idin, vorgenommen werden.
Statt vom Trichloracrylsäurechlorid kann man auch vom Anhydrid oder von einem Ester der Trichloracrylsäure mit einem nie deren Alkohol ausgehen und diese mit Allyl- alkohol umsetzen.
Zum gleichen Endprodukt gelangt man auch durch Einwirkenlassen von einem tri- cbloracrylsauren Salz auf einen reaktions fähigen Ester des Allylalkohols. Solche reak tionsfähige Ester des Allylalkohols sind z. B. Ester mit Halogenwasserstoffsäuren oder aromatischen Sulfonsäuren.
