excite \l'électro-aimant qui attire les extrémités de l'armature entre ses pâles en faisant tourner cette dernière @ :'-tour de son axe, ce qui tend le TessoTt moteur et fait ;
d'un doigt de -contact 11 et d'un piton d'arrêt 12 relié par un ressort antagoniste 13 à un point 14 de la partie fixe 5 du bâti.<B>15</B> -est un contact élastique isolé et fixe en forme de lame reliée à l'un des pôles d'une batterie 16 dont ;
Le res- sort moteur 6 étant presque d1étendu, l'or gane contacteur 10, sollicité par la traction exercée par le ressort antagoniste 13 sur le piton 12 et sus la gauche ,de l'axe 9, hasoule brusquement autour de 9 et vient en. 10';
Pendant ce déplacement @de l'armature 3 pour venir en 3' dans le champ magnétique, le ciliquet 20, fixé à l'armature et dont 11'ex- trémité libre est maintenue au contact de la denture 22 d'une roue 23 du mécanisme de la montre par un ressort 21, a reculé en 20';
Device for electrically winding watch movements. The present invention relates to a device for electric winding @ umnouve- ments of watchmaking comprising a. & electromagnet supplied by an electric current source, of which a blade is connected -to an elastic contact isolated and rigid
the other pale, through the winding of the electromagnet, to the armature of the latter mobile around a fixed axis, comprising, in addition, a motor spring fixed, on the one hand, to a fixed part of the frame and, on the other hand,
to the frame so as to be able to be stretched or relaxed by the rotation thereof, and a pawl, fixed to the mature rear and engaged, on the other hand, in: the tension of a wheel - movement, characterized by the fact that it comprises a contacting member carrying a contact, and movable about an axis carried by the frame,
member to which is fixed one end of an antagonist spring, the other end of which is fixed at a point of the frame located on the other side of the axis of rotation .of the member relative to the first point of attachment of said spring, and a fixed support piece for the contactor member, the whole being arranged so that,
when the armature is out of the magnetic field and the motor spring close to being relaxed, the tension of the antagonist spring, eccentric with respect to the axis of the contactor member, causes the said orggtane to suddenly switch around its axis and, making it touch the fixed elastic contact,
excites \ the electromagnet which attracts the ends of the armature between its blades by rotating the latter @: '- turn of its axis, which tenses the motor TessoTt and does;
move back the pawl and so that, in this new position .de the armature, the tension of the opposing spring exerted eccentrically on the other side with respect to the axis of said member, suddenly returns said member. in its starting position after the moving contact has slipped over the fixed contact,
which allows the armature to turn in -siens reverse of the previous one under the influence of the tensioned mainspring, by actuating the toothed wheel through the intermediary of the click, means were provided to prevent the backward movement of the wheel. toothed during the retraction of said ratchet.
The -drawing represents, schematically and! by way of example, one embodiment of the device according to the invention.
1 designates an electromagnet of which 2. and 2 'all the poles; 3, is the frame movable around an axis 4 mounted on a part 5 of the frame; of the watch. 6 is a so-called motor coil spring, one end of which is fixed at a point 7 of the frame and the other end of which is fixed at a point 8 of a part 25 of the frame.
On the frame is located the axis 9 around which can rotate in its plane a contactor member 10 provided., Perpendicular to its plane,
a contact finger 11 and a stop pin 12 connected by an opposing spring 13 to a point 14 of the fixed part 5 of the frame. <B> 15 </B> -is an isolated elastic contact and fixed blade-shaped connected to one of the poles of a battery 16 of which;
the other pole is connected, through the winding 17 of the electromagnet and by a small flexible cable 18, to the mass of the armature 3. 19 is an adjustable fixed stop.
This is how the device works, the moving parts being shown in solid lines in their starting position.
The motor spring 6 being almost extended, the contactor organ 10, biased by the traction exerted by the antagonist spring 13 on the pin 12 and on the left, of the axis 9, suddenly jumps around 9 and comes in. . 10 ';
the contact finger 11, at 11 ', closes the battery circuit 16. The poles 2, and 2' are magnetized and the resulting magnetic field attracts the ends. 3 "and 3" 'of frame 3 which turns around 4 and comes in 3'.
This movement of Parmature has moved 7 to 7 ', which strains the mainspring 6 and brings the axis 9' of the contactor member 10 to 9 ', a little to the left of the counter spring 13' - shown in broken lines. - now stretched between 14 and piton 12, come:
from 12 'to 12 "as a result of the displacement of 10' in <B> N </B>" consecutive to that of 9 in, 9 '. which made the finger slide, from contact of the 1 'to 11 "on the blade 15-. The traction of the 13', exerted on the right of the axis 9, causes the blade to tilt brws- cally. organ 10 "around 9 'clockwise,
a watch in 10 "', position in which the pin 12"' rests against the stop 19.
During this displacement @de the armature 3 to come at 3 'in the magnetic field, the ciliquet 20, fixed to the armature and the free end of which is maintained in contact with the teeth 22 of a wheel 23 of the watch mechanism by a spring 21, moved back to 20 ';
the pawl 24, mounted on a fixed part 25 of the frame, prevents the wheel 23 from, s.e -moving during the Teeul of the pawl 20.
The spring 6, tensioned by the displacement of the armature 3 in 3 ', pulls on the latter and turns it slowly clockwise around axis 4; the pawl 20 'pushes on the teeth 22 of the wheel 23 which it rotates on its axis until it -is found at 20 and the reinforcement is again at -3 and the axis 9 '. In 9.
At this moment, the spring 13, pulling on the piton come, in the meantime, at 12, and on the left of line 9, 12, suddenly switches the contactor member 10 from the side of the blade 15 and the game -which just described begins again.
Between the wheel 23 and part of the frame is stretched a small spiral spring - not shown - tending to advance the wheel and which maintains the movement of the latter during the retraction of the ratchet 20 to 20 '.
