Description
Luftgekühlte, aufgeladene Brennkraftmaschine. Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine duft gekühlte, aufgeladene B:rennkraftmäschine, bei .der die Kühlung durch ein Achsialgebläse, die Auf ladung -durch einRaditlgebläse bewizkt wird, und besteht darin, dass die Gebläserä- der beider Gebläse auf einer gemeinsamen Welle befestigt sind,
wobei das Küh!lluftge- bläse die Ansaugeluft für das Aufladegebläse liefert.
In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbei spiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt, und zwar zeigt: Fig. 1 einen stehenden Reihenmotor mit den Gebläsen im Grundriss, im Schnitt, Fig. 92 den Querschnitt durch die Ma schine nach Linie II-II der Fig. 1.
Die 14lotc-rzylindler 1 sind senkrecht und in Reihe angeordnet. Die Gebläse werden von ,der Schwungradeeite des Motors aus angetrie ben, wo die Geschwindigkeitsschwankungen am kleinsten sind, und, zwar über ein auf dem .Schwungrad 2 sitzendes Zahnrad ä, ein Zwischenrad 17 und ein Ritzel 4, das auf der :
längs des Motors neben den Zylindern verlaufenden Welle 5 festsitzt, .die als Tor sionsfederstab ausgebildet sein kann. Auf die ser Welle 5 ist das Kühlgebläserad 6 be festigt, wobei das Ende der Welle 5 in dem mit dem Ansaugtrichter 7 fest verbundenen Lager 8 gelagert ist. Das Ladegebläserad 9 ist lose auf der Welle 5 gelagert und mit dem gühlgebläserad durch die Hohlwelle 10 fest verbunden.
Das Kühlgebläse 6 saugt die Aussenluft über einen in strichpunktierten Linien ange deuteten Filter und. Ansaugschalldämpfer 18 in der Richtung der Pfeile 19 an und stösst dieselbe in den Raum 20 aus, von dem aus ein Teil .der Luft den Kühlrippen 11 der Zylinder 1 und der andere Teil der Luft dem Aufladegeb'läse 9 zufliesst. Dieses Gebläse liefert die zur Aufladung und Spülung der Zylinder 1 nötige Luftmenge,
die den Zylin dern über die Leitung 12-, die teilweise strich punktiert gezeichnet ist, in der Ridhtung der Pfeile 13 und 14 zugeführt wird. Die Kühl luft verqässt die Räume der Zylinderkühlrip- pen 11 in der Richtung der Pfeile 1'5.
Zur Führung der Kühlluft sind die Führungs- schaufeln 16 vorgesehen sowie ,die FühTungs- flächen 21 und 212.
In dem Raum 20 können Rohrschlangen zur Kühlung des :Schmieröls angeordnet sein, was in der Zeichnung nicht dargestellt Ist. Auf der Welle 10 kann auch noch ein Abgas turbinenrad festgekeilt sein, .das die Energie der Abgase für,den Gebläseantrieb auszunüt zen. erlaubt. Das Aizfladegefläserad 9 kann direkt auf der -Welle 5 befestigt sein, wobei die Hohlwelle 10- entfällt.
In diesem Fall wird vorteilhaft das Ladegebläserad und auch das gühlgebläserad mit der Welle 5 durch eine federnde Kupplung verbunden.
