  Blechdose mit Klemmdeckel.



   Vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine zweckmässig nahtlos gezogene Blechdose, deren Mantel eine nach innen oder nach aussen gebördelte Abschlusswulst aufweist, sowie auf den zugehörigen   Klemmdeckel.   



   Die Erfindung   besteht darin,-daB    der   Elemmdeckel oberhalb des    Deckelbodens eine Passfläche aufweist, die in die   Dosenöffnung    passt und  ber dieser Passfläche mit einer Ausweitung versehen ist, welche die Pa?fläche begrenzt, wobei   die Übergangsrun-    dung von der Passfläche zur ausgeweiteten Fläche in der Rundung dem obern Rand des Dosenmantels entspricht.



   In beiliegender Zeichnung sind zwei Ausführungsbeispiele des   Erfindungsgegenstan-    des veranschaulicht ; es zeigt :
Fig. 1 eine Blechdose mit einer nach aussen gebördelten Abschlusswulst und dem zugeh¯rigen Klemmdeckel ;
Fig. 2 zeigt eine Blechdose mit nach innen   gebördelter    Abschlusswulst und dem zugehörigen   Klemmdeckel.   



   Der nahtlos gezogene Dosenmantel 1, Fig. 1, schlie?t mit einer nach aussen   gebör-      delten    Abschlusswulst 2, die einige   Milli-    meter vom   Dosenmantelrand    absteht, ab. Der.



  Deckel 3 ist oberhalb dessen. Boden mit der Passfläche 4 versehen, der   sich eine Auswei-    tung   5    anschliesst, die mit dem gebördelten Deckelrand endet. Die ¯bergangsrundung von der Passfläche 4 zur   Deckelausweitung    liegt an der Rundung des Mantelrandes an und dient zur zusätzlichen Abdichtung. Die   Ausbildung des Deekels    mit einer   ausgewei-    teten FlÏche oberhalb der Passfläche und der dadurch bedingten   Übergangsrundung geben    dem Deckel eine elastische Stabilität, die eine gute Abdichtung der Dose ermöglicht.

   Die vom   Mantelrand    abstehende Abschlusswulst   9,    welche einen grösseren Aussendurchmesser als die Bördelwulst des Deckels aufweist und daher  ber diesen vorsteht, dient zum Offnen des Deckels, beispielsweise mit einem Geldstück 6, da dieses als Hebel angewendet werden kann. Ausserdem hat diese Bordel   randanordnung    den Vorteil, dass sieh die Dosen beim Verpacken und beim Transport weniger leicht von selbst ¯ffnen k¯nnen, als wenn die beiden   Bördelwulste gleichen äussern    Durchmesser besitzen. Der Dosendeckel dient t in der gleichen Form auch f r Dosen mit nach innen gebördelter Abschlusswulst, wie in Fig. 2 gezeigt.



   Der Rand der nach innen gebördelten Abschlu¯wulst 6 des Dosenmantels   1    nach Fig. 2 verläuft sehräg nach unten und schliesst in einem spitzen Winkel an die   Dosenwand    an, wodurch eine bessere Abdichtung   möglieh    ist als mit einer runden Abschlusswulst. Der   Büchseninhalt    fliesst bei dieser Form des Ab  schlusswulstes    auch leichter aus.

   The present invention relates to an expediently seamlessly drawn tin can, the jacket of which has an inwardly or outwardly flanged end bead, and to the associated clamping cover.



   The invention consists in the fact that the elbow lid has a fitting surface above the lid base which fits into the can opening and is provided above this fitting surface with an expansion which delimits the fitting surface, the transition rounding from the fitting surface to the expanded surface in the rounding corresponds to the upper edge of the can jacket.



   In the accompanying drawing, two exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are illustrated; it shows :
1 shows a tin can with an outwardly flanged end bead and the associated clamping cover;
2 shows a tin can with an inwardly flanged end bead and the associated clamping cover.



   The seamlessly drawn can jacket 1, FIG. 1, ends with an outwardly flanged terminating bead 2 which protrudes a few millimeters from the can jacket edge. Of the.



  Lid 3 is above it. The base is provided with the mating surface 4, which is adjoined by a widening 5 which ends with the flanged lid edge. The transition rounding from the mating surface 4 to the lid extension rests on the rounding of the casing edge and serves as an additional seal. The design of the lid with a widened area above the mating surface and the resulting rounded transition give the lid elastic stability, which enables the can to be properly sealed.

   The closing bead 9 protruding from the jacket edge, which has a larger outer diameter than the flanged bead of the lid and therefore protrudes above it, serves to open the lid, for example with a coin 6, since this can be used as a lever. In addition, this border arrangement has the advantage that the cans are less easy to open by themselves during packaging and transport than if the two flanges have the same external diameter. The can lid is also used in the same form for cans with an inwardly flanged end bead, as shown in FIG.



   The edge of the inwardly crimped end bead 6 of the can jacket 1 according to FIG. 2 runs downwards very much and adjoins the can wall at an acute angle, whereby a better seal is possible than with a round end bead. The contents of the can also flow out more easily with this type of end bead.
