Die Erfindung betrifft eine Büchse für Creme, Vaseline usw., deren Unterteil mit einem abgebogenen Randwulst versehen ist, auf welchem in geschlossenem Zustand ein Randwulst des Deckels elastisch dicht auf liegt, und besteht darin, dass die Umbiegung des Randwulstes des Unterteiles sich über zirka 180 erstreckt, so dass beide Ränder der Dose elastisch ineinanderschnappen kön nen, und dass ferner die Randwulste des Unterteiles, sowie des Deckels stellenweise umgebogene Scharnierwulste tragen, welche scharnierartig ineinandergreifen.
Die Zeichnung veranschaulicht Ausfüh rungsbeispiele des Gegenstandes laut Erfin dung in den beiliegenden Figuren, von denen Fig. 1 die Vorderansicht der Büchse mit einem Teilschnitt darstellt; Fig. 2 ist eine Seiten ansicht auf die Büchse; Fig. 3 ist ein Teil der Büchse im Schnitt, vergrössert, Fig. 4 und 5 sind Schnitte einer scharnierartigen Verbindung des Unterteils der Büchse mit dem Deckel in geschlossener und offener Lage; Fig. 6 ist ein \Längsschnitt durch ein Scharnier;
Fig. 7 ist ein Längsschnitt durch eine andere Ausführungsform des Scharniers, Fig. 8 und 9 sind Längsschnitte und An sieht auf eine weitere Scharnierverbindung.
Der untere Teil 1 der Büchse hat längs des obern Randes einen nach aussen umge bogenen Randwulst 2, auf welchem bei ge schlossener Büchse der Deckel mit seinem Randwulst 4 derart dicht aufliegt, dass der Unterteil 1 und der Deckel 3 durch die Rei bung und durch die Federung der Rand- wulste 2, 4 aneinanderhalten. Der Randwulst hat halbkreisförmiges Profil; die Umbiegung erstreckt sich über zirka 180 . Der Deckel 3 ist an einer Stelle 5 mit dem Unterteil schar nierartig verbunden.
Das Scharnier besteht aus dem Scharnierwulst 6, der einen spiralig geformten Ansatz des Randwulstes 2 bildet, und aus dem Scharnierwulst 7, welcher aus einem Ansatz des Randwulstes 4 besteht und in den Scharnierwulst 6 eingreift.
Beim Öffnen der Büchse verhindert das Ende 6' des Wulstes 6 das Ausgleiten des Scharnierwulstes 7 aus der Lagerhülse, und dadurch wird die stete Verbindung des Unterteils 1 mit dem Deckel 3 (Fig. 5) erhalten. Die Scharnierwulste 6, 7 können entweder in der einen oder in der andern Richtung gewunden sein. Damit keine Ach sialverschiebung der beiden Lagerteile ent stehen kann, kann der innere Scharnierwulst 7 an den Enden 8 aussen umgebogen sein (Fig. 6), oder es kann zu diesem Zwecke eine mittlere Ausweitung 9 beider Scharnier- wulste 6, 7 angeordnet sein (Fig. 7).
Fig. 8 und 9 veranschaulichen eine Schar nierverbindung der Teile 1 und 3 mittelst einer am Randwulst 4 in Form eines Zapfens angebrachten Hülse 10; ihre verlängerten Enden 10', 10", ruhen in zwei Lagern 11, 12, welche durch zwei am Randwulst 2 angeord nete Scharnierwulste gebildet sind.
Durch die dargestellte Büchse erzielt man einen dichten Abschluss ohne besondere Dich tungsbestandteile. Das Öffnen der Büchse ist mit einer ganz geringen Mühe verbunden; durch Heben des Deckelrandes wird der Deckel aufgeklappt. Die Scharnierverbindung beider Teile 1, 3 ist direkt aus diesen Be- standteilen-ohne andere Befestigungs- oder Verbindungsmittel ausgeführt.
Die äussere Fläche des eingebögenen Rand wulstes 2 ist schwach einwärts gebogen und kann aasgeglättet sein. Diese Ausglättung geschieht nur am Ende der Einbiegung zirka 1-2 mm vom Rande. Durch diese Anord nung erreicht man die Dichtung, und man verhindert das Selbstöffnen der Büchse.

The lower part 1 of the bushing has along the upper edge an outwardly bent edge bead 2, on which, when the bushing is closed, the cover with its edge bead 4 rests so tightly that the lower part 1 and the cover 3 through the friction and through the Hold the suspension of the edge bulges 2, 4 together. The hinge beads 6, 7 can be wound either in one direction or in the other. So that no axial displacement of the two bearing parts can occur, the inner hinge bead 7 can be bent on the outside at the ends 8 (Fig. 6), or a central widening 9 of both hinge beads 6, 7 can be arranged for this purpose (Fig 7).
8 and 9 illustrate a hinge joint of parts 1 and 3 by means of a sleeve 10 attached to the edge bead 4 in the form of a pin; their extended ends 10 ', 10 ", rest in two bearings 11, 12, which are formed by two on the edge bead 2 angeord designated hinge beads.
