Description

  

  Dose mit     diehtseliliessendem    Deckel.    Als Dosen mit dichtschliessendem Deckel  sind solche mit     Eindruckdeckel,    welche durch  eine zur Dosenachse parallele Druck- oder  Zugbewegung des Deckels geschlossen,     bezw.     geöffnet werden, allgemein bekannt. Die Ab  dichtung erfolgt dabei längs einer     Ringfläcbe.     



  Das Öffnen und Schliessen dieser Dosen  ist mit erheblichem Kraftaufwand verbunden;  besonders hinderlich ist aber, dass zum Ab  heben des Deckels ein Werkzeug benötigt  wird.  



  Ebenfalls bekannt sind Dosen mit Deckeln,  welche sich mittelst     Gewinde    auf den Do  senkörper aufschrauben lassen, wobei eine  Dichtungsscheibe aus Kork oder dergleichen  zwischen den Deckel und den obern Rand  des Dosenkörpers gepresst wird.  



  Bei andern bekannten Dosen wird der  Rand des Deckels durch Verschraubung über  eine konische     Sieke    am Dosenkörper gepresst,  wodurch ein dichtschliessender Abschluss ent  steht. Es ist hierbei diese     Sieke    nach aussen  gedrückt, wodurch der Abschluss mit dem    Deckelrand ebenfalls auf der Aussenseite des  Dosenkörpers erfolgt.  



  Bei flüssigem Inhalt der Dose kann nun  derselbe in den Raum zwischen Deckel und  Dosenkörper nach aussen bis zur Abdich  tungsstelle vordringen.  



  Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist  nun eine Dose mit dichtschliessendem Deckel,  bei welcher Dosenkörper und Deckel ein Ge  winde und mindestens je eine Kegelfläche  aufweisen, derart, dass durch Aufschrauben  des Deckels auf den Dosenkörper die Kegel  flächen im Innern des Dosenkörpers abdich  tend gegeneinander gepresst werden.  



  In beiliegender Zeichnung sind sechs  beispielsweise Ausführungsformen des Er  findungsgegenstandes dargestellt, und zwar  zeigen       Fig.    1 die erste Ausführungsform in ei  nem Querschnitt, und die       Fig.    2-6 je eine weitere Ausführungs  form im Schnitt durch einen Teil der Dose  mit Deckel in grösserem Massstab.      Gemäss der in     Fig.    1 dargestellten Aus  führungsform ist der Deckel 1 der Dose  mittelst eines Gewindes 3 auf ein Gewinde  4 am obern Ende des Dosenkörpers 2 auf  geschraubt. Der Rand des Dosenkörpers ist  oben nach innen umgebördelt und sein in  nerstes Ende bildet eine ringförmige Kegel  fläche 5.

   Der Deckel 1 weist eine mittlere  Vertiefung 6 auf, deren Rand ebenfalls nach  einer Kegelfläche verläuft und beim Ein  schrauben des Deckels 1 dicht an die Kegel  fläche 5 des Randes, welcher leicht federt,  anzuliegen kommt. Während bei der be  schriebenen Ausführungsform nach     Fig.    1  die Wand des Dosenkörpers selbst so     um-          gebördelt    ist, dass die Fläche 5 entsteht, ist  bei der Ausführungsform nach     Fig.    2 ein  die entsprechende Fläche bildender Ring 7  durch     Umbördeln    des obern Randes des Do  senkörpers an demselben befestigt. Der Ring  7 ist dabei an seinem auf der Aussenseite  des Dosenkörpers liegenden Teil mit einem  Gewinde 8 zum Aufschrauben des Deckels  versehen.  



  Bei der Ausführungsform nach     Fig.    3 ist  der Ring 7 ebenfalls im umgebördelten obern  Rand des Dosenkörpers 2 gehalten, der mit  Gewinde 8 versehene Teil des Ringes 7 ist  jedoch ins Innere der Dose verlegt. Die Ver  tiefung 6 im Deckel 1 ist entsprechend tie  fer gehalten und weist oberhalb des ko  nischen Randes einen mit Gewinde 9     ver-          sehenen    Teil auf. Um den Ring 7 insbeson  dere auch bei Dosen mit Falz oder     Lötnaht     anwenden zu können, ist derselbe oben mit  einem quer zur Dosenwand stehenden Ring  teil 15 ausgestattet, so dass die das Gewinde  8 und die Kegelfläche 5 aufweisenden Teile  des Ringes im Abstand von der Dosenwand  gehalten sind.

   Auf diese Weise wird ver  hindert, dass Falz oder Lötnaht das Ge  winde und den     Konusteil    deformieren.  



  Die Ausführungsbeispiele gemäss den     Pig.     4-6 weisen einen Dosenkörper 2 auf, dessen  oberer Rand mit dem Gewinde 4 versehen  ist, während der Rand der Vertiefung 6 des  Deckels 1. teilweise ein Gewinde 9 trägt  und mit demselben in den Dosenkörper 2         einschraubbar    ist.

   Die Abdichtung erfolgt  dabei nach     Fig.    4 unterhalb, nach     Fig.    6  oberhalb und nach     Fig.    5 unterhalb und  oberhalb der Gewinde 4 und 9 durch das  Auflaufen von Kegelflächen 10     bezw.    11,       bezw.    10 und 11 des Deckels 1 auf ent  sprechende Kegelflächen 12,     bezw.    13,     bezw.     12 und 13 am Rande des Dosenkörpers 2.  



  Um das Ein- und     Aussehrauben    des  Deckels 1 zu erleichtern; ist bei den Bei  spielen gemäss     Fig.    3-6 dessen über den  Umfang des Dosenkörpers 2 hinausragender  Rand 14 durch Einrollen     torusförmig    ausge  bildet und     randeriert.

  If the content of the can is liquid, it can now penetrate into the space between the lid and the can body to the outside to the sealing point.



  The present invention is a can with a tight lid, in which the can body and lid have a thread and at least one conical surface each, such that by screwing the lid onto the can body, the conical surfaces inside the can body are pressed tightly against each other.



  In the accompanying drawings, six exemplary embodiments of the subject of the invention are shown, namely Fig. 1 shows the first embodiment in egg nem cross section, and Figs. 2-6 each form a further embodiment in section through part of the can with lid on a larger scale . According to the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, the lid 1 of the can is screwed onto a thread 4 at the upper end of the can body 2 by means of a thread 3. The edge of the can body is flanged inward at the top and its nerstes end forms an annular conical surface 5.

   The cover 1 has a central recess 6, the edge of which also runs after a conical surface and when a screw of the cover 1 close to the conical surface 5 of the edge, which is slightly resilient, comes to rest. While in the embodiment of FIG. 1 described the wall of the can body itself is crimped so that the surface 5 is created, in the embodiment of FIG. 2 a ring 7 forming the corresponding surface is formed by crimping the upper edge of the can attached to the same. The ring 7 is provided on its part lying on the outside of the can body with a thread 8 for screwing on the lid.



  In the embodiment according to FIG. 3, the ring 7 is also held in the flanged upper edge of the can body 2, but the part of the ring 7 provided with a thread 8 is moved inside the can. The recess 6 in the cover 1 is held correspondingly deeper and has a part provided with thread 9 above the conical edge. In order to be able to use the ring 7 in particular also for cans with a seam or seam, the same is equipped at the top with a ring part 15 transverse to the can wall, so that the parts of the ring having the thread 8 and the conical surface 5 are spaced from the can wall are held.

   This prevents the fold or solder seam from deforming the thread and the conical part.



  The embodiments according to the Pig. 4-6 have a can body 2, the upper edge of which is provided with the thread 4, while the edge of the recess 6 of the lid 1 partially has a thread 9 and can be screwed into the can body 2 with the same.
