Outillage pour visser on dévisser les boîtes de montres étanches. L'objet de l'invention est un outillage pour visser ou dévisser les boîtes ,de montres. étanches, camotérisé par une clé comportant un anneau percé de trous radiaux et dont le diamètre intérieur est sensiblement plus grand que le diamètre- extérieur de la plus grande boîte à visser ou dévisser, des chiens coulissants se montant dans lesdits trous radiaux et des vis de serrage permettant de fixer ces chiens en position correcte d'emploi.
Le dessin ci-@annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, une forme .d'exécution de l'ou tillage faisant l'objet de l'invention. Cette forme d'exécution comprend une clé de serrage avec plusieurs jeux de chiens inter changeables et un étau destiné à maintenir la boîte .de montre pendant le vissage ou le dévissage à l'aide de la olé -de serrage.
La fig. 1 est une vue en plan de la clé de serrage; la fige. 2 en est une vue de côté, lia fig. 3 une coupe suivant III-III de la fi.g. 1; la fig. 4 -est une vue en plan -de l'étau,; la fig. 5 est une vue de côté avec parties en coupe de cet étau; les fig. 6, 7, 8 et 9 représentent, à échelle agrandie, vu -de dessous et -de .côté, chacune un modèle différent de chien.
La clé de serrage représentée dans les fig. 1 à 3 comprend un anneau 21 en fonte injectée de diamètre intérieur sensiblement plus. grand que le diamètre extérieur de la plus grande boîte à visser ou à dévisser. Deux poignées 22 venues de fabrication avec l'anneau 21, permettent d'agir sur ce dernier avec toute la force désirable.
L'anneau 21 est percé de trous radiaux 2,3, à section droite rectangu laire, dans lesquels sont montés coulissants des chiens 24 (quatre dans l'exemple repré senté), dont les têtes 25 présentent à leur extrémité des méplats 25' destinés à s'adapter aux pans 26 du fond dodécagonal 27 d'une boîte de montredisposée pour l'opération au centre @de l'anneau 21.
Les trous radiaux 213 sont répartis angulairément de façon qu'en utilisant au minimum deux et au maximum cinq chiens 24 on puisse visser ou dévisser une boîte dont le fond, :ou@ la lunette, com porte un nombre quelconque de deux à seize pans 26 régulièrement répartis angulairement. La clé représentée au :dessin comporte seize trous radiaux, numérotés de 1 à 16.
La boîte représentée présentant un fond dodécagonal, on utilisera. pour viser ou dévisser ce fond quatre chiens montés dans les trous 1, 4, 9 et 14 disposés à 90 les uns des autres. Pour une boîte à fond pentagonal ou déca gonal on utiliserait cinq chiens montés dans les trous 1, 3, 7, 11 et 15 disposés à

tandis que pour une boîte dont le, fond pré sente trois ou six pans, trois chiens montés dans les trous 1, 6, 12 disposés à l20 les uns des autres suffiraient. Pour un fond à onze pans on pourra utiliser la. même dis position que pour la baîte à dix pans et pour la boîte à 13 pans la même disposition que pour celle à 14 pans.
Les chiens 24 sont maintenus en position d'emploi par des vis de serrage 28 vissées dans des trous taraudés 29 ménagés dan l'anneau 21 perpendiculairement à chacun des trous radiaux 23. Un jeu de cinq chiens 24 à tète plate permet de visser ou de dé visser n'importe quelle boite à pans dont le diamètre extérieur est -sensiblement plus petit que le diamètre intérieur de l'anneau 21.
L'outillage peut comporter d'autres jeux de chiens permettant de visser ou de dévisser d'autres types de boîtes à vis. Des chiens tels que celui représenté -dans la fig. 9 sont spé cialement :d-estinés aux boîtes munies de fonds à encoches; d'autres chiens, tels que celui re présenté dans la fig. 8, sont destinés à des boîtes munies de fonds à trous; d'autres enfin, tels que celui représenté dans la fig. <B>7,</B> sont destinés aux boîtes à fond ou à lunette moletés.
L'outillage représenté comprend en outre un était b. 4 et 5) destiné à maintenir la boîte pendant le visage ou le dévissage de son fond ou de sa lunette ii l'aide de la. clé de serrage décrite. L'étau représenté com prend un plateau fixe 30 et un plateau cou lissant 31. monté sur deux broches de guidage 3? solidaires<B>dit</B> plateau 30. Une vis 33 relie les deux plateaux et. permet: de les écarter et de les rapprocher à volonté. Les faces en re gard des deux plateaux 30 et 37. ont une forme générale en arcs de cercle.
Les mâ choires sont constituées par quatre pitons 34 vissés dans des trous taraudés 35 des pla teaux 30 et 31. Pour chaque piton 34, il est prévit cinq trous 35 disposés sur deux rangées le long des parties en ares de cercle des pla teaux;
ceci permet de modifier la position des pitons pour les adapter à la forme de la boîte à maintenir. Les têtes des pitons sont revêtues d'une matière relativement tendre, telle que, par exemple, une résine synthéti que, afin de ne pas abîmer la boîte lors d'un serrage énergique.

The tightening key shown in fig. 1 to 3 comprises a ring 21 of injected cast iron with a substantially larger internal diameter. larger than the outside diameter of the larger screw-in or box-out box. Two handles 22 manufactured with the ring 21, make it possible to act on the latter with all the desired force.
The ring 21 is pierced with radial holes 2, 3, with a rectangular cross section, in which are slidably mounted dogs 24 (four in the example shown), whose heads 25 have at their end flats 25 'intended to adapt to the sides 26 of the dodecagonal bottom 27 of a watch box arranged for the operation in the center @de the ring 21.

For a bottom with eleven sides we can use the. same position as for the box with ten sides and for the box with 13 sides the same arrangement as for that with 14 sides.
The dogs 24 are held in position for use by clamping screws 28 screwed into threaded holes 29 formed in the ring 21 perpendicular to each of the radial holes 23. A set of five dogs 24 with a flat head makes it possible to screw or unscrew any box with sides whose outer diameter is significantly smaller than the inner diameter of the ring 21.
The tooling can include other sets of dogs making it possible to screw or unscrew other types of screw boxes. Dogs such as that shown in FIG. 9 are specially: designed for boxes with notched bottoms; other dogs, such as the one shown in fig. 8, are intended for boxes provided with perforated bottoms; finally others, such as that represented in FIG. <B> 7, </B> are intended for boxes with a knurled bottom or bezel.
The tooling shown further comprises a was b. 4 and 5) intended to hold the box during the face or the unscrewing of its bottom or its bezel ii using the. wrench described. this makes it possible to modify the position of the eyebolts to adapt them to the shape of the box to be maintained. The heads of the eyebolts are coated with a relatively soft material, such as, for example, a synthetic resin, so as not to damage the box during vigorous tightening.
