Trockenrasierapparat. Von den Benützern von Trockenrasier apparaten schwört der eine auf ein System, andere auf .andere Systeme, was seinen Grund darin hat, dass die Art des Bartwuchses und die Empfindlichkeit der Haut derart unter schiedlich sind, dass es unmöglich ist, mit einem einzigen System optimale Resultate bei allen Benützern erzielen zu können. Diesem Umstand trägt der Trockenrasierapparat nach vorliegender Erfindung Rechnung.
Beim Trockenrasierapparat mit Gehäuse, das den mit seiner Welle in der Längsrich tung des Gehäuses angeordneten Antriebs motor enthält, wobei am Gehäuse auswechsel bar ein Scherkopf befestigt ist, welcher die Mittel zur Erzielung der hin und her gehen den Bewegung des beweglichen Schneidkam- ines aufweist, sowie den einen Teil einer Kupplung, der mit dem andern, auf der Mo torwelle sitzenden Kupplungsteil zusammen wirkt, sind .gemäss der Erfindung dem Ge häuse eine Mehrzahl von wahlweise benütz baren Scherköpfen verschiedener Schneid systeme zugeordnet, und .das Gehäuse besteht aus mindestens zwei Teilen,
die im Bereich der Befestigung des Scherkopfes federnd zu sammengehalten sind und durch diese Feder wirkung .den Scherkopf halten, das Ganze zum Zweck, einen Scherkopf leicht gegen den eines andern Systems auswechseln zu. können.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungs gegenstandes ist auf beiliegender- Zeichnung dargestellt, in welcher Fig. 1 die eine Hälfte des Gehäuses mit Scherkopf in Draufsicht zeigt; Fig. 2 ist ein Schnitt durch einen Scher kopf eines Systems; Fig. 3 zeigt das dem Scherkopf benach-- ba.rte Ende .des Gehäuses im Schnitt; Fig. 4 zeigt den gontaktunterbrecher im Aufriss; Fig. 5 zeigt einen Scherkopf eines andern Systems im Längsschnitt;
Fig. 6 ist ein Schnitt nach Linie VI-VI in Fig. 5, und Fig. 7 ist eine Ansicht des Scherkopfes nach Fig. 5 und 6 von unten. 1 und 2 bezeichnen die Hälften des Ge häuses, welche im Bereich der Befestigung des Scherkopfes mittels Schraube 3 und Fe der 4 federnd zusammenbehalten sind Ti--. 3), um durch diese Federwirkung den Scherkopf 5 leicht auswechselbar zu halten.
Der Motor vom Unterbrechertypus besitzt Magnetjoche 6 und einen Rotor 7; die Motorwelle 8 ist in der Längsrichtung des Gehäuses angeordnet und trägt an ihrem einen Ende einen mit Aussenverzahnung versehenen Kupplungsteil 9, der in -den als innenverzahnte Hülse ans gebildeten andern Kupplungsteil 10 ein greift.
Der Unterbrecher ist in einem vom 311otor- rahmen getrennten Rahmen 11 belagert und weist zwei Kontakte 12 auf, welche an den einen Enden von Streifen 13 befestigt sind, deren andere Enden lose in am Rahmen 11 befestigten Haltern 14 gelagert sind. Durch Federn 15 werden die Streifen 13 und damit die Kontakte 13 gegeneinander gepresst, wäh rend eine auf der Welle 8 sitzende Doppel nocke 16 die Kontakte voneinander entfernt. bei der Drehung der Welle B.
Dadurch, dass die Federn 15 zwischen den Enden der Strei fen 13 auf letztere einwirken, werden unge wollte Schwingungen der Streifen 1 3 vermie den. 17 ist eine randrierte Scheibe, welche zum Starten des Motors dient.
Der in Fib. ? dargestellte Scherkopf 5 besitzt einen beweglichen Schneidkamm 18, der aussen auf einem festen Sehneidkamm 19 sich hin und her bewegt, indem ein mit deni Lagerteil 20 fester Kurbelzapfen 21 mit einer Bohrung einer Verstärkungsplatte ?!? zusam menwirkt, auf welcher Verstärkungsplatte der bewegliche Schneidkamm 18 befestigt ist.
Um die gezahnten Schneidkanten des Schneid kammes 18 gegen die gezahnten Teile des festen Schneidkammes zu pressen, ragen die Köpfe 23 von zwei Bolzen 24 in nach Art von Bajonettverschlüssen gestaltete Nuten 2.'i und stützen sich auf den eingezogenen Rän dern der 1\Tuten ab.
