I>dung</I> stehender Exzenter.
Bestandteil der bereits mehrfach erwähnten Siche rungsvorrichtung, deren Funktion nachstehend be schrieben wird. Beim Anklappen des aufgesteckten Schneidekopfes 1 greift das freie Ende des Schwing hebels 3 - wie in Fig. 2 strichpunktiert angedeutet in eine (aus Fig. 3 ersichtliche) Ausnehmung 8 der beweglichen Oberplatte 9;
Sie kann, aber auch als rillenförmiges Haltestück für in der Nut der Oberplatte angeordnete Kugeln ausgebildet sein;
In diesem Falle kann die Reinigung des Schneidekopfes durch einfa ches Aufklappen der Abdeckkappe und seitliches Herausschieben der Oberplatte ermöglicht werden, ohne dass die Gefahr besteht, dass die Abdeckkappe verlegt und nicht wiedergefunden wird;
Electric hair clipper The invention relates to an electric hair clipper, which have a fixed under plate and a movable top plate, the cutting head is attached to the housing by means of a hitch be replaceable.
In known hair clippers of this type, the cutting heads are not sufficiently secured against tilting in their attached position, so that they are relatively short after commissioning due to the movement caused by the oscillating movement,
the rocker arm forces get into more or less strong vibrations, which deteriorate the seat of the cutting head visibly and lead to the knockout of the rocker arm record the recess in the movable top plate or damage to the rocker arm.
The purpose of the invention is to create a hair clipping machine in which these disadvantages do not occur.
The task that serves to achieve this purpose is to design the coupling between the cutting head and the housing in such a way that the cutting head sits absolutely firmly and vibration-free on the housing while the hair clipper is in operation, while at the same time the coupling is secured against loosening of its parts.
This object is achieved according to the invention by the combination of the following features: a) the coupling consists of a plug part provided with at least one pin-like element and a receiving part with at least one recess for the pin-like element, b) which is a part of the cutting head bil dende a coupling part designed as a bar running across the tooth direction,
which is provided with at least one incision on its upper side, c) the other coupling part is attached to the housing by means of a hinge part so that it can be folded down, d) the hinge part has a tongue protruding forward,
which .sich in the folded-in position of the cutting head with lateral guide surfaces in the incision of the bar with a positive fit and with its hook-like free end that is bent downwards surrounds the front edge or bar.
According to a preferred embodiment of the subject matter of the invention, the bar forms the support for a leaf spring removably attached to it, the free end of which cooperates with a groove in the top plate running transversely to the tooth direction in the sense of a guide.
Further details of the invention emerge from the following description in conjunction with the drawing.
In the latter, the subject matter of the invention is shown schematically on the basis of an exemplary embodiment, namely show:
1 shows a partial side view of the electric hair clipper according to the invention with the cutting head attached, FIG. 2 the same hair clipper as in FIG. 1, but with the cutting head removed, on a slightly enlarged scale,
3 shows a perspective illustration of the cutting head according to FIG. 2 with the cover cap removed, and FIG. 4 shows a perspective illustration of the coupling piece removed from the housing according to FIG.
The electric hair clipper shown in FIGS. 1 to 4 consists of a cutting head 1 and a handle-like housing 2, which is used to accommodate the drive motor and runs at its front end into a gearbox receiving the gear with rocker arm 3.
When the rocker arm is mentioned below, it should not only be understood to mean a drive lever that is set into vibrations by means of a gear, but rather. any drive element that can give the movable cutting plate of the cutting head 1 an oscillating movement, for example also a drive lever connected to the other of a magnetic machine or an eccentric that is operatively connected to the shaft of an electric motor.
The cutting head 1, the top of which is protected by a removable cover cap 4, is fastened to the housing 1 of the hair clipper in an exchangeable manner by means of a tilt-proof coupling. According to FIG. 2, this coupling consists of a plug part 6a provided with pins 5a, 5a and a receiving part <I> 6b, </I> of the recesses 5b, <I> 5b '</I> for the pins <I> 5a , </I> 5ä.
As FIG. 4 clearly shows, a total of three pins are provided in the embodiment shown, namely two pins 5a arranged at a distance from one another have a circular cross-section, while the third pin is arranged below the plane defined by the pins mentioned > 5ä </I> is plate-shaped and has a rectangular cross-section. The recesses 5b, 5b 'in the receiving part 6b that are visible in FIG. 3 have a corresponding cross section. Even just one of these pens, e.g.
B. the plate-shaped pin 5d, in conjunction with a securing device to be described in detail later on the coupling, would ensure that the attached cutting head 1 sits absolutely firmly and vibration-free on the housing 2 during operation of the hair clipper and through the from the rocker arm 3 transmitted forces is not tilted.
The coupling part forming a component of the cutting head 1 in the embodiment shown, the receiving part 6b - is designed as a full plastic strip 12 running transversely to the tooth direction, which is screwed to the fixed lower plate 11 of the cutting head 1 from below (but also made of the same material as the lower plate 11 exist .and could be made in one piece with it).
On its upper side, the bar 12 has an incision 12 ', which is part of the already mentioned safety device, and the function of which will be explained later. In addition, a leaf spring 10 is removably attached to the top of the bar 12 by means of the head screws 13; the free end of the latter is designed as a guide strip 14 which engages in a groove 15 of the top plate 9 running transversely to the tooth direction and thereby guides the latter safely.
Since the leaf spring 10 has elongated holes 16 for the head screws 13 at the fastening points, after loosening the latter, the top plate 9 can be moved relative to the bottom plate 11 in the tooth direction and thus the cutting head 1 can be adjusted to perform a Fassonschnittes. The same adjustment could be achieved by exchanging the original leaf spring for a leaf spring of a different length, albeit in a somewhat more straightforward manner.
The cover cap 4, which serves as protection against dust and hair, can be pushed into lateral grooves 17 of the plastic strip from the front of the cutting head 1 and is supported by a locking device which is known per se and which is not shown in the drawing and is, for example, from corresponding corresponding recesses of the plastic strip einschnap penden bends is held resiliently in the inserted position.
The other coupling part - on the illustrated embodiment, the plug part 6a - is attached by means of a hinge part 20 to the housing 2 around the hinge 7 foldable. The hinge part 20, which is provided with bores 21 for the fastening screws, has a tongue 18 protruding forwards with lateral guide surfaces 18 'and a free end 18' bent downwards like a hook. The tongue 18 also forms one.
Part of the already mentioned safety device, the function of which will be described below. When folding the attached cutting head 1, the free end of the rocker lever 3 engages - as indicated by dash-dotted lines in Figure 2 in a recess 8 of the movable top plate 9 (shown in FIG. 3);
At the same time, the tongue 18 (FIG. 4) with its lateral guide surfaces 18 'is positively inserted into the incision 12' of the plastic strip 12 and, with its free end 18 'bent down like a hook, encompasses the front edge of the strip 12.
As a result of the positive fit between the incision 12 'and the guide surfaces 18', any tilting of the cutting head 1 is impossible, even if: the pins <I> 5a, 5a </I> have ample play in the recesses 5b, 5b 'assigned to them . In the latter case, it is advisable to allow the side surfaces of the incision 12 'and the guide surfaces 18' to diverge upwards in order to compensate for inaccuracies.
The free end 18 'of the tongue 18 that encompasses the front edge of the strip 12 secures the cutting head 1 in its folded-in position against being pulled off the coupling part 6a; in the folded-down position, however, the cutting head 1 can be pulled off without any further information.
Of course, the invention is not limited to the embodiment described and shown be; Rather, it can experience various modifications, some of which are described below.
Instead of the arrangement and configuration of the pins shown in FIG. 4, pins in other numbers, arrangements and shapes could be used. For example, profile pins with one or more guide wedges or profile pins with a polygonal cross-section are particularly suitable for this purpose.
The locking device securing the coupling position could - if the two coupling parts are made of plastic - consist of a holding magnet embedded in one coupling part and an armature embedded in the other coupling part
consist; instead, the other coupling part could be made entirely of ferromagnetic material. In the same way, the latching device holding the coupling part fastened to the housing so that it can be folded down could operate according to the magnetic principle.
The length of the guide bar at the free end of the tongue can be interrupted so that it only engages in the groove of the top plate at individual, non-contiguous points in order to reduce friction. It can in particular consist of plastic or sintered metal and be screwed to the spring,
where they expediently cutouts to accommodate capillary oil storage, z. B. with ö1 soaked felt or plastic foam rubber pieces has.
It can, however, also be designed as a groove-shaped holding piece for balls arranged in the groove of the top plate;
By arranging such balls, the friction resistance generated by the contact pressure of the spring can be reduced significantly. Finally, the ends of the spring 10 shown in FIG
the bar 12 be embedded; The extent of the axial adjustment of the spring could be read from a marking on the bar.
In a particularly advantageous manner, the cover cap could be designed in such a way that it does not have to be pushed onto the cutting head, but is fastened to it in a hinged manner.
In this case, the cleaning of the cutting head can be made possible by simply opening the cover cap and sliding out the top plate to the side, without the risk of the cover cap being misplaced and not found again;
nor is it possible that the cap, which is made of plastic, for example, falls to the ground and is trodden down there out of inattentiveness.
The bar could: also consist of metal and, instead of being solid, could also have a hollow profile, in particular be made by punching and bending.
It would also be conceivable to have further modifications which are at the discretion of the average person skilled in the art and which do not go beyond the scope of the concept of the invention.
