Description
<B>Zusatzpatent</B> zum Hauptpatent Nr. 231495. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Schwefelfarbstoffes. Vorliegendes Patent bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Schwefel farbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet,- dass man Dinitro-1.5-dianilido-anthrachinon, hergestellt durch Nitrieren des 1.5 - Dianilido - anthra- chinons mit Salpetersäure in konzentrierter Schwefelsäure,
mit einem schwefelnden Mit tel behandelt und die dabei erhaltene Roh schmelze unter Verwendung von Schwefel alkali aufschliesst.
Der so erhaltene Farbstoff ist- ein dunkles Pulver und färbt die pflanzliche Faser aus dem Schwefelnatriumbad in echten grau schwarzen Farbtönen, insbesondere von einer sehr guten Lichtechtheit.
Beispiel: In eine Polysulfidschmelze aus 140 Tei len kristallisiertem Schwefelnatrium und 80 Teilen Schwefel werden bei Kochtempera tur 40 Teile Dinitro - 1.5 - dianilido - anthra- chinon, hergestellt durch.
Nitrieren des 1.5- Dianilido-anthrachinons mit Salpetersäure in konzentrierter Schwefelsäure, eingetragen. Bei einer Temperatur von 118' wird mehrere Stunden unter Rückfluss gekocht, dann die Schmelze eingetrocknet, anschliessend die Temperatur auf 270 erhöht und 8 Stunden bei 270 bis 280 gehalten.
Nach dem Auf schliessen des Rohproduktes mit Schwefel natrium und Lauge wird der Farbstoff .aus seiner wässrigen Lösung durch Ansäuern ab geschieden.
