Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Schwefelfarbstoffes.       Vorliegendes Patent bezieht sich auf ein  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Schwefel  farbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man       Dinitro-    5.6.11.12 -     dibenzo-4.10    -     diazaperylen,     wie es durch Nitrieren des     5.6.11.12-Dibenzo-          4.10-diazaperylens    in konzentrierter Schwe  felsäure mit einem geringen     Überschuss    über  die berechnete Menge Salpetersäure erhältlich  ist, mit einem schwefelnden Mittel behandelt.  



  Der so erhaltene Schwefelfarbstoff ist ein  graues Pulver und färbt die pflanzliche Faser  aus dem     Schwefelnatriumbad        in    bräunlich  oliven Tönen.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  In eine     Polysulfidschmelze    aus 56 Teilen  kristallisiertem Schwefelnatrium und 32 Tei  len Schwefel werden bei Kochtemperatur  20 Teile     Dinitro-5.6.11.12-dibenzo-4.10-diaza-          perylen,    wie es durch Nitrieren des 5.6.11.12  Dibenzo-4.10-diazaperylens in konzentrierter  Schwefelsäure mit etwas mehr als der be  rechneten Menge 100%iger Salpetersäure er  hältlich ist, eingetragen. Bei einer Tempera  tur von<B>11.8'</B> C wird einige Stunden am       Rückflusskühler    gekocht, dann wird die    Schmelze eingetrocknet.     Hierauf    wird die  Temperatur allmählich auf 280   C erhöht  und 4 Stunden bei 280 bis 300   C gehalten.

    Nach dem Aufschliessen des Rohproduktes  mit Schwefelnatrium und Natronlauge wird  der Farbstoff aus seiner wässerigen Lösung  durch Ansäuern abgeschieden.
