Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Trisazofarbstoffes.            Vorliegendes    Patent bezieht sich auf ein  Verfahren zur Herstellung     eines        Trisazo-          farbstoffes,    dadurch     gekennzeichnet,        :dass    man       1-Diazo-4-ogybenzol-3-:carbonsäure    in ,saurem  Medium   mit     1-Amino-naphthalin-7-sulfon-          säure    vereinigt, den so erhaltenen     Amin:

  oazo-          farbstoff        @diazotiert,    die     Diazoverbindung    in       saurem    Medium mit     1-Amino-2.5-@dimethogy-          benzol        vereinigt,    wieder     diazotiert    und :die       Diazoverbindung        des    so     erhaltenen        Amino-          disazofarbstoffes    in alkalischem Medium mit       1-Naphthod-3-sulfonsäure    vereinigt.  



  Der so erhaltene     Trisazofarbstoff    ist ein  dunkles Pulver,     das        sich.    in Wasser     mit          marineblauer,    in     konzentrierter    Schwefel  säure mit     blauschwarzer    Farbe löst, und färbt  Baumwolle in     grünstichig    blauen Tönen. Die       Färbungen    werden durch     Nachbehan:dieln    mit       Chro:mi-    oder     Kupfersalzen    etwas     röter    und  sehr waschecht.  



       Beispiel:     Die aus 15,3 Teilen     1-Amino-4-ogybenzol-          3-earbonsäure        hergestellte        Diazoverbindung       wird     in.        Gegenwart    von     überschüssigem    Na,       triumacetat    mit einer Lösung des     Natrium-          sal,zes    von 22,3 Teilen     1-Amino-naphthalin-7-          sulfon;

  säure        vereiuigt.    Nach beendeter Kupp  lung     wind    der Farbstoff     weitendiazotiert    und  die     Diazoverbindung        in        essigsaurer    Lösung  mit 15 Teilen     1-Amino,2.5-,dimetho-,-,ybenzol     vereinigt. Der Farbstoff wird abgeschieden  und durch     Anrühren        -mit        Eis    und     Salzsäure     und Zugabe     einer        Lösung    von     Natriumnitrit          weiterdiazotiert.     



       Dfie        Diazosuspension        vereinigt    man. bei  0-5  mit einer     s:o,daalkasis:ehen    Lösung von  22,4     Teilen;        1-Nap@hthol-3-sulfoonsäure;    wobei  ein     Zusatz    von     Pyridin    vorteilhaft ist.



  Process for the preparation of a trisazo dye. The present patent relates to a process for the preparation of a trisazo dye, characterized in that: 1-diazo-4-ogybenzene-3-: carboxylic acid is combined with 1-amino-naphthalene-7-sulfonic acid in an acidic medium, the amine thus obtained:

  oazo dye @diazotized, the diazo compound combined in an acidic medium with 1-amino-2.5-@dimethogybenzene, diazotized again and: the diazo compound of the amino disazo dye thus obtained combined in an alkaline medium with 1-naphthod-3-sulfonic acid.



  The trisazo dye thus obtained is a dark powder that becomes. Dissolves in water with navy blue, in concentrated sulfuric acid with a blue-black color, and dyes cotton in greenish blue tones. After treatment with chromium or copper salts, the colors become a little redder and very washable.



       Example: The diazo compound prepared from 15.3 parts of 1-amino-4-ogybenzene-3-carboxylic acid is mixed with a solution of the sodium salt of 22.3 parts of 1-amino-naphthalene in the presence of excess sodium acetate. 7-sulfone;

  acidity. After the coupling has ended, the dye is diazotized and the diazo compound is combined in acetic acid solution with 15 parts of 1-amino, 2.5-, dimetho -, -, ybenzene. The dye is deposited and further diazotized by stirring with ice and hydrochloric acid and adding a solution of sodium nitrite.



       The diazo suspension is combined. at 0-5 with a s: o, daalkasis: a solution of 22.4 parts; 1-Nap @ hthol-3-sulfoic acid; an addition of pyridine is advantageous.

PATENT CLAIM, Process for the preparation of a trisazo dye: characterized in that 1-diazo-4-ogybenzene-3-carbonic acid is combined in an acidic medium with 1-amino-naphthalene-7-sulfonic acid , so obtained aminoazo dye @diazotized,

the diazo compound in acidic medium with 1-amino-2.5-, dimethoxy-benzo.1 combined, @diazotized again and the dia.zo compound:

of the aminodisazo dye thus obtained combined with 1-naphthol-3-sulfonic acid in an alkaline medium. The trisazo dye thus obtained is a dark powder which dissolves in water with a navy blue color and in concentrated sulfuric acid with a blue-black color, and dyes cotton in greenish blue tones.

After treatment with Chromium or copper salts, the colors become a little redder and very washable.
