Process for the preparation of an unsymmetrical bisazo dye. It was found that valuable polyazofambs, toffen g@el.anao-t, if one teitra.zo: tated 1-amino-4- (4'-a, mino @ - benzoy'l: amino) -benzene,: which can still be substituted,: only in mineral acid solution with 1 mol of 1,3-dioxybenzene and:
then in a-l @ Kalnscheir solution with 1 mol of an aminonaplithol swl: fo # nic acid tip: llt.
The new dyes, the color of which is based on the applied Kurp: plungeko.mpo: nen, but mainly lies in the red or brown area, are easily soluble in water and have a good affinity for vegetable fibers.
The colors show: colorful realness, properties and can advantageously be subjected to the usual post-treatment processes, e.g. B. post-treatment with formaldehyde or diacated: m 1-amino:
-4 - nitrobenzene. The colors materials can also, if they are still. contain a diazotized amino group, wexdlen in substance or on the fiber with further coupling components. Most representatives are characterized by a good neutral and alkaline corrosivity.
The present patent relates to a process for the production of an asymmetrical disazo dye. The process is d'ardarch: characterized: that one tetrazoitieirtes 1-amino = 4- (4'-aminobeiizoylamine:
o) Benzzene coupled with 1,3-dioxybenzene and 2-phenylamino®-8-oxyn! apihthalin-6; -s @ u, ifonic acid. The annoying dye is a dark powder jar, which dissolves in water with a deep black-brown color. He dyes cotton in reddish brown tones.
Example: 32.6 parts by weight of 1-amino-4- (4'-a @ minobenzoyllamino,) - benzene are mixed with 8 in 1000 parts by volume of water , 0, parts by volume hydrochloric acid 1.9 B,
6 stirred and mixed with 350 parts by weight of ice. This is followed by diazotization with 67 parts by volume of a 30% sodium nitrite solution within 40 minutes. Temperature 5-12.
After destroying the over, chüsisi, gen nitrite, 16 parts by weight of 1,3-dioxybenzene, dissolved in 900 vol. Lbs. Of water, are added.
At a temperature of 15- \ e0, the coupling is carried out for 94 hours without exposure and then the bright yellow, one-sided coupling is sucked off. The paste, the weight of which is approximately 193 Ge@vichtteile.e, is made with.
? 50 parts by volume of water are mixed and added to a solution of 46 parts by weight of? -Pheny 1- a.mina-8-oxynaphthal: i11-6-sulfonic acid in? 000 parts by volume of water, containing 90 parts by weight of sodium ca.rbana: t. Coupling to a black-brown dye occurs immediately.
Immediately after adding, the mixture is heated to 80-90 "and salted out with 1: a0 parts by weight of sodium chloride, stirred for about 1 hour and sucked in. After drying, about 108 parts by weight of a dark powder are obtained.
which easily dissolves into a deep black-brown solution in hot water. Cotton is dyed in red wstichi: g brown shades. The colorations can be easily etched in a neutral or alkaline manner; by post-treatment. with formaldehyde, their washing efficiency is significantly increased.
If they are treated with diazotized 1-amino-4-nitrobenzene, the result is rich, yellow-tinged, brown shades of likewise very good washfastness. The constitution of the dye is probably as follows:
