Description

       

      Zusatzpatent    zum Hauptpatent Nr. 228928.    Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Polyäthers.    Vorliegendes Patent bezieht sich auf ein  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Polyäthers,  dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 1     Mol        2,4-          Diisopropylbenzol    -1-     sulfo-mono-äthanolamid     vom     Kpl    200-205 , hergestellt aus     2,4-Di-          isopropylbenzol-l-sulfochlorid    und     Mono-          äthanolamin    in Gegenwart von Soda, mit  20     Mol        Äthylenoxyd    umsetzt.  



  Der so erhaltene Polyäther ist ein öliges,  in Wasser leicht lösliches Produkt, dessen  wässerige Lösungen     insbesondere    zum Spal  ten von Erdölemulsionen dienen sollen.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  In 285 Teile 2,4 -     Diisopropylbenzol        -1-          sulfo-mono-äthanolamid        (Kpl    200-205 , her  gestellt aus     2,4-Diisopropylbenzol-l-sulfo-          chlorid    und     Monoäthanolamid    in Gegenwart  von Soda) leitet man nach Zugabe von 2 Tei-         len        Natriummethylat    bei 120-130  unter  Rühren     Athylenoxyd    ein, bis die Gewichts  zunahme 880 Teile = 20     Mol        \sthylenoxyd     beträgt.

The present patent relates to a process for the production of a polyether, characterized in that 1 mole of 2,4-diisopropylbenzene -1-sulfo-mono-ethanolamide from Kpl 200-205, made from 2,4-di-isopropylbenzene-l- sulfochloride and monoethanolamine in the presence of soda, with 20 moles of ethylene oxide.



  The polyether obtained in this way is an oily product which is readily soluble in water, the aqueous solutions of which are intended to be used in particular for splitting petroleum emulsions.



  <I> Example: </I> In 285 parts of 2,4-diisopropylbenzene-1-sulfo-mono-ethanolamide (Kpl 200-205, made from 2,4-diisopropylbenzene-1-sulfochloride and monoethanolamide in the presence of Soda), after adding 2 parts of sodium methylate, ethylene oxide is introduced at 120-130 with stirring until the increase in weight is 880 parts = 20 mol of ethylene oxide.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Poly äthers, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 1 Mol 2,4-Diisopropylbenzol-l-sulfo-mono- äthanolamid vom gpl 200-205 , hergestellt aus 2,4-Diisopropylbenzol-l-sulfochlorid und Monoäthanolamin in Gegenwart von Soda, mit 20 Mol Äthylenoxyd umsetzt. Der so erhaltene Polyäther ist ein öliges, in Wasser leicht lösliches Produkt, dessen wässerige Lösungen insbesondere zum Spal ten von Erdölemulsionen dienen sollen.
