Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Aminozydes. Es wurde gefunden, dass man ein neues Aminoxyd - das 0kta-8,9-decenyl-äthyl- cyclohexyla.minoxyd - erhält, wenn man das Okta-8,9-decenyl-äthyl-cyclohexylamin mit solchen Oxydationsmitteln behandelt, die superoxydisch gebundenen Sauerstoff ent halten.
Das Okta-8,9-decenyl-äthyl-cyclohexyl- aminoxyd bildet ein hellgefärbtes Öl, das in Wasser, fetten Ölen und Mineralölen löslich ist. Die verdünnten wässerigen Lösungen des 01ta-8,9-decenyl-äthyl-cyclohexylaminoxydes besitzen hervorragende kapillaraktive Eigen schaften, so dass dieses Produkt ein wert volles Hilfsmittel für die Textilindustrie dar stellt.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 38 Teile Okta-8-9-decenyl-äthyl-cyclo- hexylamin werden in 240 Volumteilen Aceton gelöst, mit 19 Teilen einer Wasser stoffsuperoxydlösung von 30 Volumprozent versetzt, und während 40 bis 50 Stunden auf 60 bis 65 erhitzt. Nach dem Abdestillieren des Acetons und des Wassers im Vakuum bei<B>60'</B> erhält man .das Oxyd des Okta-8,9- decenyl-äthyl-cyclohexylamins als hellge färbtes dickflüssiges Öl. Es ist in Wasser, fetten Ölen und Mineralölen klar löslich. Die stark schäumenden wässerigen Lösungen be sitzen hervorragende kapillaraktive Eigen schaften.
Process for the preparation of an amino acid. It has been found that a new amine oxide - the octa-8,9-decenyl-ethyl-cyclohexyla.minoxyd - is obtained if the octa-8,9-decenyl-ethyl-cyclohexylamine is treated with such oxidizing agents, the superoxide bound oxygen contain.
The octa-8,9-decenyl-ethyl-cyclohexylamine oxide forms a light colored oil that is soluble in water, fatty oils and mineral oils. The dilute aqueous solutions of 01ta-8,9-decenyl-ethyl-cyclohexylamine oxide have excellent capillary-active properties, so that this product is a valuable aid for the textile industry.
<I> Example: </I> 38 parts of octa-8-9-decenyl-ethyl-cyclohexylamine are dissolved in 240 parts by volume of acetone, 19 parts of a hydrogen peroxide solution of 30% by volume are added, and the mixture is increased to 60% over 40 to 50 hours heated to 65. After the acetone and the water have been distilled off in vacuo at <B> 60 '</B>, the oxide of octa-8,9-decenyl-ethyl-cyclohexylamine is obtained as a light-colored, viscous oil. It is clearly soluble in water, fatty oils and mineral oils. The highly foaming aqueous solutions have excellent capillary-active properties.
