Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Azofarbstoffes.       Vorliegendes Patent bezieht sich auf     ein     Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Azofarbstof-          fes,    dadurch     gekennzeichnet,    dass man     diazo-          tiertes        1-.Amino"-inaphthal'in-7        -sulfonsäure-          phenylamid,

          hergestellt    durch Umsetzung von       1-Acetylamino-naphthalin-7-sulfochlorid        mit          Anihn    und     Abspalten    der     Acetylgruppe,    in       alkalischem    Medium mit     1-Phenylamino-7-          oxynaphtha1in-3-sulfonsäure    vereinigt.  



  Der so erhaltene     Azofarbstoff        ist        ein          dunkles    Pulver, das sich in     Wasser    mit grauer,  in     konzentrierter        Schwefelsäure    mit     violetter     Farbe löst, und färbt     Wohle    aus saurem     oller          neutralem    Bade in grauen     Farbtönen    von gu  ter     Walk-,    Schweiss- und,     Ieichtechtheit.     



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  Eine aus 29 Teilen     1-Amino-naphthaIin-7-          sulfonsäure-phenylamid,    das durch     Umsetzen     von     1-Acetylamino-naphthalin-7-sulfochlorid     mit Anilin und     Abspalten    der     Aoetylgruppe     z.

   B. durch Kochen     mit        verdünnter        Salzsäure          heTgesteldt    wurde,     berewtete        Diazolösung        lä-sst     man in eine mit. überschüssigem Natriumkar-         bonat        versetzte    Lösung von 31,5     Teilen        1-          Phenylamino    - 7     -:oxynaphthaltn-        3-siüf        onsäure     laufen.

   Der erhaltene     Farbstoff        wird    abge  schieden und     getrocknet.
