Description

  

  Dispositif de transmission de     sécurité    empêchant un moteur d'entraîner en arrière  sa manivelle de lancement.    L'invention a pour objet un dispositif de  transmission de sécurité empêchant un mo  teur d'entraîner en arrière sa manivelle de  lancement.  



  Le dessin ci-joint montre, à titre d'exem  ple, une forme d'exécution de ce dispositif.  La     fig.    1 en est une vue extérieure de  profil, la fi-. 2 montre une coupe axiale  partielle des organes de transmission et la       fig.    3 une coupe de l'organe portant les bu  tées. Les     fig.    4 à 6 sont des vues de face  de certains de ces organes.  



  Le dispositif représenté est montré sur  l'arbre de lancement 1 du moteur, celui-ci se  trouvant à gauche du dispositif en     fig.    1,  tandis que la manivelle est destinée à être  enfilée sur la partie à droite de cet arbre.  



  L'arbre 1 est solidaire d'une pièce cylin  drique 2 munie de rainures dans lesquelles  s'engagent des dents présentées par la paroi  d'un alésage d'une cuvette 3 solidaire d'un  anneau 4 dans lequel est logé un disque 5  présentant à sa périphérie des échancrures 6.    Ce disque peut tourner librement sur l'arbre  1 et est solidaire de la griffe 10 devant venir  en prise avec la manivelle. Dans chaque  échancrure 6 se trouve un galet 7 qu'un pis  ton 8 à ressort 9, tend toujours à repousser.

    Une     cuvette    11 est figée à un disque 12  monté de façon à pouvoir tourner librement  sur la cuvette     3%    La cuvette 11 présente à sa       périphérie    des dents coopérant avec un     cli-          quet,    non représenté. La cuvette 11 porte  intérieurement des butées     13,    qui pénètrent  dans les échancrures 6.  



  Lorsque la manivelle entraîne le disque 5  dans le sens du lancement indiqué par la  flèche en     fig.    5, chacun des galets 7 se coince  entre les surfaces en regard de l'anneau 4 et  de l'échancrure 6 correspondante; ce qui rend  solidaires l'un de l'autre le disque 5 et l'an  neau 4, de sorte que le mouvement de rota  tion de la manivelle se communique à l'arbre  1; la cuvette 11, qui porte les butées 13,  tourne alors avec la manivelle. S'il se produit       maintenant    une rotation de l'arbre 1 dans      l'autre sens, l'anneau 4 est entraîné dans cet  autre sens, mais la cuvette 11 est     retenue     par le cliquet, qui s'engage dans les dents de  cette cuvette 11, de telle façon que les butées  13 restent immobiles.

   Chaque galet 7 vient  alors heurter la butée     13@    correspondante qui  le force à venir se placer dans la partie moins  étroite de l'échancrure, en repoussant le pis  ton  & . Les galets étant ainsi dégagés, l'an  neau 4 et le disque 5 se trouvent alors déso  lidarisés, de sorte que l'anneau 4 peut con  tinuer son mouvement de rotation sans en  traîner le disque 5 porteur de la griffe 10.  La construction doit être telle que les galet  soient bien tous dégagés en même temps.

Fig. 1 is an exterior profile view thereof, the fi-. 2 shows a partial axial section of the transmission members and FIG. 3 a section of the organ bearing the stops. Figs. 4 to 6 are front views of some of these organs.



  The device shown is shown on the starting shaft 1 of the engine, the latter being to the left of the device in FIG. 1, while the crank is intended to be threaded on the part to the right of this shaft.



  The shaft 1 is integral with a cylindrical part 2 provided with grooves in which engage teeth presented by the wall of a bore of a cup 3 integral with a ring 4 in which is housed a disc 5 having at its periphery, notches 6. This disc can rotate freely on the shaft 1 and is integral with the claw 10 which has to come into engagement with the crank. In each notch 6 there is a roller 7 that a spring-loaded udder 8 9 always tends to push back.

    A cup 11 is fixed to a disc 12 mounted so as to be able to rotate freely on the cup 3% The cup 11 has at its periphery teeth cooperating with a pawl, not shown. The bowl 11 internally carries stops 13, which penetrate into the notches 6.



  When the crank drives the disc 5 in the direction of launch indicated by the arrow in fig. 5, each of the rollers 7 gets stuck between the surfaces facing the ring 4 and the corresponding notch 6; which makes the disc 5 and the ring 4 integral with each other, so that the rotational movement of the crank is communicated to the shaft 1; the cup 11, which carries the stops 13, then rotates with the crank. If there is now a rotation of the shaft 1 in the other direction, the ring 4 is driven in this other direction, but the cup 11 is retained by the pawl, which engages in the teeth of this cup 11, so that the stops 13 remain stationary.

   Each roller 7 then strikes the corresponding stop 13 @ which forces it to come to be placed in the less narrow part of the notch, by pushing back the udder your &. The rollers being thus released, the ring 4 and the disc 5 are then unconnected, so that the ring 4 can continue its rotational movement without dragging the disc 5 carrying the claw 10. The construction must be such that the rollers are all cleared at the same time.

REVENDICATION Dispositif de transmission de sécurité empêchant un moteur d'entraîner en arrière sa manivelle de lancement et dans lequel le mouvement de rotation de la manivelle est transmis au moteur par l'intermédiaire de deux organes rendus solidaires dans le sens du lancement au moyen d'un galet venant se coincer entre deux surfaces appartenant res pectivement à ces organes, caractérisé par une butée entraînée en rotation dans le sens du lancement mais qui est immobilisée dès que le moteur tourne dans le sens contraire, le galet venant alors heurter cette butée qui le force à se dégager et à, désolidariser ainsi les deux organes de transmission mentionnés. SOUS-REVENDICATIONS: 1.
