Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen     Sulfamidderivates.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man zu einem  neuen     Sulfamidderivat    gelangt, wenn man     N-          Stearoyl-p-toluolsulfamid    mit     Natriumformal-          dehydbisulfit    in Abwesenheit eines Lösungs  mittels umsetzt.  



  Die Umsetzung     wird    zweckmässig in der  Wärme, z. B. bei 100-200  , vorgenommen,  vorteilhaft in Gegenwart von reaktions  beschleunigenden     Stoffen,    wie sekundären  Aminen, beispielsweise unter Zusatz von       Diamylamin.     



  Das neue     Sulfamidderivat    stellt eine feste  Masse dar, die von heissem Wasser zu einer  klaren, beim Schütteln stark schäumenden       Lösung    aufgenommen wird. Es kann als       Textilhilfsstoff,    z. B. als Waschmittel, An  wendung finden.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  4,4 Gewichtsteile     N-Stearoyl-p-toluolsulf-          amid,    2 Gewichtsteile     Natriumformaldehyd-          bisulfit    und 0,1 Gewichtsteil     Diamylamin     werden fein verrieben, während etwa 2 Stun  den in einem Bad von     140-14511,    während  weiteren 2 Stunden in einem solchen von       155-160'    und schliesslich in einem Bad von    180-190   gerührt. Das so erhaltene Reak  tionsprodukt ist eine feste Masse, die von  heissem Wasser zu einer klaren, beim Schüt  teln stark schäumenden Lösung aufgenommen  wird. Es kann als     Textilhilfsstoff,    z. B. als  Waschmittel, Anwendung finden.



  Process for the production of a new sulfamide derivative. It has been found that a new sulfamide derivative is obtained if N-stearoyl-p-toluenesulfamide is reacted with sodium formaldehyde bisulfite in the absence of a solvent.

The reaction product obtained in this way is a solid mass which is taken up by hot water to form a clear solution which foams strongly when shaken. It can be used as a textile auxiliary, e.g. B. as a detergent, use.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Sulfamidderivates, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man N-Stearoyl-p-toluolsulfamid mit Natriumformaldehydbisulfit in Abwesenheit eines Lösungsmittels umsetzt. Das neue Sulfamidderivat stellt eine feste Masse dar, die von heissem Wasser zu einer klaren, beim Schütteln stark schäumenden Lösung aufgenommen wird. Es kann als Textil hilfsstoff, z. B. als Waschmittel, Anwendung finden.
