Description
Verfahren zur Darstellung eines neuen, wasserlöslichen Farbstoffes der Anthr achinonr eihe. Das vorliegende Patent betrifft ein Ver fahren zur Darstellung eines neuen, wasserlös lichen Anthrachinonfarbstoffes und ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 1 Mol 1-Amino- 4-phenylaminoanthrachinon, 1 Mol Phenol und 1 Mol Formaldehyd aufeinander einwirken lässt und das erhaltene Produkt sulfoniert.
Der neue Farbstoff enthält eine Sulfogruppe und löst sich in konzentrierter Schwefelsäure mit schwach grünblauer, in Wasser mit grün stichig blauer Farbe. Er soll zum Färben von Acetatseide, acetylierter Baumwolle und von Acetylzellulosefolien verwendet werden. Das Färbegut wird in der wässerigen Lösung rotstichig blau gefärbt.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 20 kg 1-Amino-4-phenylaminoanthrachinon und 100 kg Phenol werden bis zur Lösung erwärmt und auf 401 C abgekühlt. 10 kg Formaldehydlösung von 40 Vol.-1/o werden langsam eingerührt und nach weiteren zwei Stunden die Schmelze in alkalisches Salz- wasser gedrückt. Das ausgefallene Konden sationsprodukt wird abfiltriert, in Wasser auf genommen und mit Schwefelsäure neutral ge stellt. Man filtriert, wäscht und trocknet.
Durch Sulfonieren bei 200 C in Schwefel säuremonohydrat erhält man einen Farbstoff, der sich in konzentrierter Schwefelsäure mit schwach grünblauer, in Wasser mit grün stichig blauer Farbe löst. Er soll zum Fär ben von Acetatseide, acetylierter Baumwolle und von Acetylzellulosefolien verwendet wer den. Das. Färbegut wird in der wässerigen Lösung rotstichig blau gefärbt.
