Description

  

  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines neuen     Farbstoffes    der     Anthrachinonreihe.       Das vorliegende Patent betrifft die Dar  stellung eines neuen Farbstoffes der     Anthra-          chinonreihe    und ist dadurch gekennzeichnet,  dass man 1,4 -     Di    -     (2',4'-        dimethyl)    -     phenyl-          amino-6,7-dichloranthrachinon    mit Brom be  handelt und die erhaltene     bromierte    Verbin  dung     sulfiert.     



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  10 Teile     1,4-Di-(2',4'-dimethyl)-phenyl-          amino-6,7-dichloranthrachinon    (erhalten z. B.  durch Kondensation von     6,7-Dichlorchinizarin          bezw.        Leukoverbindung    mit     Metagylidin)     werden in 200 Teilen Chlorbenzol verrührt.  Hierauf lässt man 6,5 Teile Brom gelöst in  20 Teilen Chlorbenzol langsam zufliessen. Es  wird     einige    Zeit bei Raumtemperatur gerührt  und hierauf so lange auf 30 bis 120   er  wärmt, bis die     Bromierung    beendet ist. Das  Chlorbenzol wird nun mit Wasserdampf ab  geblasen und die     Bromverbindung    durch Fil  tration abgetrennt.

   Die so erhaltene     Farb-          base,    das 1,4-Di-(2'-4'-dimethyl-6'-brom)-         phenylamino    -     6,7-di    -     chloranthrachinon    löst  sich in organischen Lösungsmitteln mit  blauer Farbe.  



  5 Teile der getrockneten Base werden in  15 Teilen     Schwefelsäuremonohydrat    gelöst,  mit 10 Teilen     Oleum    28 % versetzt und so  lange gerührt, bis     eine    Probe in Wasser klar  löslich ist. Der Farbstoff wird auf übliche  Weise, z. B.     Eingiessen    in Salzlösung, abge  trennt und getrocknet.  



  Der Farbstoff besitzt die Formel

      und färbt Wolle in schönen blauen Tönen  von vorzüglichen     Echtheiten    und sehr guter  Abendfarbe.

  5 parts of the dried base are dissolved in 15 parts of sulfuric acid monohydrate, 10 parts of 28% oleum are added and the mixture is stirred until a sample is clearly soluble in water. The dye is applied in a conventional manner, e.g. B. Pouring into saline, separated abge and dried.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Darstellung eines neuen Farbstoffes der Anthrachinonreihe, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 1,4-Di-(2'-4'-dime- thyl)-phenylamino - 6,7 - dichloranthrachinon mit Brom behandelt und die erhaltene bro- mierte Verbindung sulfiert. Der Farbstoff besitzt die Formel EMI0002.0010 und färbt Wolle in schönen blauen Tönen von vorzüglichen Echtheiten und sehr guter Abendfarbe.
