Description

  

      Verfahren    zur Darstellung eines neuen     Farbstoffes    der     Anthraehinonreihe.       Das vorliegende Patent betrifft ein Ver  fahren zur Darstellung eines neuen Farb  stoffes der     Anthrachinonreihe    und ist da  durch gekennzeichnet,     da.ss    man ein Gemisch  von     6,7-Dichlorchinizarin    und     Leuko-6,7-di-          chlorchinizarin    mit     -Zesidin    kondensiert und  die erhaltene Base     sulfiert.     



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  10 Teile     6,7-Dichlorchinizarin,    15 Teile       Leuko-6,7-dichlorchinizarin,    75 Teile     DZesi-          din,    25 Teile Eisessig und 7,5 Teile Borsäure  werden vorzugsweise unter     Luftabschlass          bezw.        in        inerter    Atmosphäre so lange bei  90-140   gerührt,     bis    die Kondensation be  endet ist. Die Base     wird    nach bekannten Me  thoden, z.

   B. durch Zusatz von Alkohol,  Alkohol und Wasser oder durch Eingiessen  der Kondensationsmasse in verdünnte Salz  säure isoliert und gegebenenfalls umkristal  lisiert. 10 Teile der getrockneten Base werden  in 45 Teilen     Schwefelsäuremonohydrat    ge-    löst und mit 30 Teilen     Oleum    28/o versetzt.  Es wird so lange auf 35--40' erwärmt, bis  eine Probe     in    kaltem Wasser leicht löslich  ist. Die     Sulfiermasse    wird hierauf auf     ein     Gemisch von Eis     und        Kochsalzlösung    ge  gossen, filtriert     und    mit Kochsalzlösung 10  neutral gewaschen.

   Der so erhaltene Farb  stoff färbt Wolle und Seide     in    grünblauen  Tönen von sehr guter Echtheit an. Er löst  sich in Schwefelsäure mit blauer Farbe und  hat folgende Formel:
