Description

  

  <B>Verfahren zur</B> Darstellung eines     basischen    Farbstoffes der     3lalaehitgrünreihe.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man zu einem  neuen basischen     Farbstoff    der Malachit  grünreihe gelangt, wenn man 1     Molekül          2.3.5-Trichlorbenzaldehyd    mit 2 Molekülen       Diaethylanilin    kondensiert und die so ent  standene     Leukobase    oxydiert.  



  Trocken ist der Farbstoff ein violettes  Pulver, löslich in Wasser mit prachtvoll  blauer Farbe, und färbt Baumwolle, Seide  und Kunstseide in egalen und reinen blau  grünen Tönen an.     Bemerkenswert    ist seine  überraschend grosse Affinität zur Kunstseide.  <I>Beispiel:</I>  10,5 kg     2.3.5-Trichlorbenzaldehyd    vom  Schmelzpunkt 75 bis 760 und 16,5 kg       Diaethylanilin    werden mit 6 Liter Schwefel  säure 470     Be    30 Stunden bei 105 bis 1100  gerührt. Nach dem Übersättigen mit Soda  lösung wird die überschüssige Base mit  Dampf abgetrieben, und die in der Kälte  harte     Leukobase        abfiltriert    und getrocknet.

    Die erhaltene     Leukobase    wird in 200 Liter  Wasser mit 13,9 Liter Salzsäure 220 Bö  und 3 kg Eisessig     gelöat,    und die kalte  Lösung durch Zugeben von 31 kg Blei-         superoxydpaste        mit        49,4        %        Pb02        unter        Rühren     oxydiert.  



  Nach einer halben Stunde wird das Blei  mit 7,8 kg Natriumsulfat ausgefällt. Nach  Erwärmen auf 700 und Zugabe von so viel  heissem Wasser, dass aller     Farbstoff    in  Lösung geht, wird abgesaugt, und     aus    dem  Filtrat der     Farbstoff    mit Kochsalz aus  gesalzen. Er wird filtriert und getrocknet.

  When dry, the dye is a violet powder, soluble in water, with a splendid blue color, and stains cotton, silk and rayon in even and pure blue-green tones. Its surprisingly great affinity for artificial silk is remarkable. <I> Example: </I> 10.5 kg of 2,3,5-trichlorobenzaldehyde with a melting point of 75 to 760 and 16.5 kg of diaethylaniline are stirred with 6 liters of sulfuric acid 470 Be for 30 hours at 105 to 1100. After supersaturation with soda solution, the excess base is driven off with steam and the leuco base, which is hard in the cold, is filtered off and dried.

    The leuco base obtained is dissolved in 200 liters of water with 13.9 liters of hydrochloric acid 220 Bo and 3 kg of glacial acetic acid, and the cold solution is oxidized by adding 31 kg of lead superoxide paste with 49.4% PbO 2 while stirring.



  After half an hour, the lead is precipitated with 7.8 kg of sodium sulfate. After heating to 700 and adding enough hot water that all the dye dissolves, it is suctioned off and the dye is salted out of the filtrate with common salt. It is filtered and dried.

Trocken ist der Farbstoff ein violettes Pulver, löslich in Wasser mit prachtvoll blauer Farbe, 'und färbt Baumwolle, Seide Kunstseide in egalen und reinen blaugrünen Tönen an. Bemerkenswert ist seine über raschend grosse Affinität zur Kunstseide.
