<B>Zusatzpatent</B> zum Hauptpatent Nr. 168413. Lebensmittelbehälter mit einem Vakuummantelgefäss. Gegenstand des Hauptpatentes Nr. 168413 ist ein Lebensmittelbehälter mit einem Va kuummantelgefäss, bei welchem an dein obern Teil des Vakuummantelgefässes ein ringförmi ger, als Ausguss ausgebildeter Aufsatz mit Auhengewinde zur Aufnahme eines Organes vorgesehen ist, welches mindestens ein ela stisches Organ gegen den ringförmigen Auf satz drückt.
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft nun eine Verbesserung des Lebensmittelbehälters nach dem Patentanspruch des Hauptpatentes. Der verbesserte Lebensmittelbehälter ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Organ, welches min destens ein elastisches Organ gegen den ring förmigen Aufsatz drückt, durch ein Element des Behälters in Verschlussstellung haltbar ist, wobei ein Pfropfen, welcher die obere Öff nung des Vakuummantelgefässes abschliesst, eine Rille aufweist, in welche ein Teil des elastischen Organes zwecks Erhöhung der Adhäsion des Pfropfens gegenüber dem Sitz einpressbar ist.
Der Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist in einer beispielsweisen Ausführungsform in der Zeichnung dargestellt, und zwar zeigt: Fig. 1 einen Längsschnitt durch den Le bensmittelbehälter, Fig. 2 den obern Teil des Vakuummantel gefässes mit dem Ausguss, Fig. 3 den Schnitt des Pfropfens und Fig. 4 den Grundriss des Pfropfens, Fig. 5 den Schnitt durch den Deckel, wel cher den Pfropfen in Stellung hält und Fig. 6 den Grundriss hierzu.
Nach Fig. 1 ist an dem Schutzmantel 15 oben das Gewinde 16 zur Aufnahme der Haube 17, die das Gewinde 18 und die ko nische Metallfläche 14 aufweist, angebracht. Auf das Gewinde 18 wird der Haubendeckel 12 aufgeschraubt, welcher an der Stelle 13 gegen den mit einer Randrierung versehenen Wulst 11 trifft, um den Deckel 10 in Stellung zu halten. Im Innern des Schutzmantels 15 ist das Vakuummantelgefäss 2 vorgesehen. Auf dem Hals des letzteren ist der Aufsatz 1 an- gebracht, der einen Metallmantel mit spitz zulaufenden Flächen 3 und 19, ein Aussen gewinde 20 und eine mit der Metallfläche 14 korrespondierende Mantelfläche besitzt.
In die Öffnung des Flaschenhalses ist der Glas pfropfen 6 eingesetzt, welcher durch den ela stischen Dichtungsring 4 mit dem zylindri schen Teil 5 gegen den Flaschenhals abge dichtet ist. rin den Glaspfropfen mit der konischen Fläche 8 fest auf den Flaschenhals und den Aufsatz aufzupressen, ist der Deckel 10 mit der elastischen Korkeinlage 9 auf das Aussengewinde 20 aufgeschraubt und fest gegen den Glaspfropfen 6 angezogen.
Der 3letall- mantel mit den Flächen 3, 19 ist auf den Oberteil des Vakuummantelgefässes aufgegipst. In die Rille 7 des Glaspfropfens wird ein Teil des Dichtungsringes 4 eingepresst, was die Adhäsion des Pfropfens gegenüber dem Sitze erhöht. Der Pfropfen 6 kann auch aus anderem Material als Glas hergestellt werden, z. B. aus Kunstmasse ete.
