Flaschenverschluss. Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Flaschenverschluss, der ein Wiederfüllen der Flasche verhindert, und sie bezweckt, einen Flaschenverschluss der genannten Art zu schaffen, der die Flaschenmündung gegen Flüssigkeitsverluste dicht abschliesst; zweck mässig ist der Verschluss so ausgebildet, dass seine Teile in ihrer ursprünglichen, zusam mengebauten Lage bleiben und somit als Einheit, die als solche auf dem Flaschenhals aufzusetzen ist, in den Handel kommen.
Auf der beiliegenden Zeichnung sind zwei Ausführungsbeispiele des Erfindungsgegen standes dargestellt.
Fig. 1 ist ein Vertikalschnitt durch die erste, und Fig. 2 ein ähnlicher Schnitt durch die zweite, unten abgebrochene Ausführungs form.
Im Ausführungsbeispiel gemäss Fig. 1 ist <I>mit A</I> der Flaschenhals bezeichnet, der einen obern Ringwulst B und einen untern Ring wulst C aufweist. Der auf dem Flanschen hals A in ersichtlicher Weise montierte Flaschenverschluss hat in der Hauptsache ein in die Flaschenöffnung ragendes Gehäuse 1, einen auf der Flaschenmündung sitzenden Deckel 60 und einen zwischen dem letzteren und einem ringförmigen Flansch 3 des Ge häuses 1 vorgesehenen Dichtungsring 12, der ein Entweichen von Flüssigkeit an der be treffenden Stelle verhindern soll.
Im Gehäuse 1 ist eine Ventilvorrichtung untergebracht, die einen im wesentlichen flachen, mit einer Ventilöffnung 5 im einge buchteten Boden 4 des Gehäuses 1 zusammen wirkenden Ventilkörper 14 hat, dem ein Gewichtsstück 15 und ein Schutzstück 16 überlagert sind. In der zylindrischen Wand des Gehäuses 1 sind Längsrippen 2 vorge sehen, die im Querschnitt radial nach innen ragen.
Der Deckel 60 kann beliebige Form auf weisen und zum Beispiel aus Porzellan be stehen. Er ist mit einer zentralen Ausfluss öffnung 62 versehen und wird mittelst eines Mantelstückes 63 auf der Flaschenmündung gehalten.
Der Dichtungsring 12 ist breiter als der Ringflansch 3 des Gehäuses und befindet sich bei aufgesetztem Flaschenverschluss im zu sammengedrückten Zustande, um einen dich ten Abschluss zwischen dem genannten Ring flansch 3, der Unterfläche des Deckels 60 und dem Rand der Flaschenmündung zu bilden. Die äussern Teile des Dichtungsringes befinden sich ausserhalb des Flansches 3, den sie umgeben, so dass sie nur mit der Unterfläche des Deckels 60 und mit dem Rand der Flaschenmündung in Berührung kommen.
Vorzugsweise ist der Flaschenver- schluss so zusammengebaut, dass die obere Fläche des Ringflansches 3 in Berührung mit der Unterfläche des Deckels steht, wie dies im Ausführungsbeispiel gemäss Fig. 1 der Fall ist. Wie Fig. 2 zeigt, ist es aber auch möglich, den Flaschenverschluss so zu sammenzubauen, dass die untere Fläche des Ringflansches 3 auf dem Rand der Flaschen mündung aufliegt.
Bei beiden dargestellten Ausführungsformen (Fig. 1 und 2) ist der Ringflansch 3 des Gehäuses 1 von einem ringförmigen Teil der Dichtung 12 umgeben, der sich in zusammengedrücktem Zustande zwischen dein Flaschenhals A. und dem Dek- kel 60 befindet und so ein wirksames Mittel bildet, das ein Entweichen von Flüssigkeit an dieser Stelle verhindert. Dank des ver hältnismässig breiten Ringflansches 3 wird ferner das Gehäuse 1 in sicherer Weise im Innern des Flaschenhalses A. gehalten.
Der Dichtungsring 12 ist zweckmässig so ausgebildet, dass er an seinem innern und seinem äussern Rand in Reibungskontakt mit dem Gehäuse 1 und dem Mantelstück 63 steht, zum Zwecke, diese Teile bei abge nommenem Flascbenverschluss als Einheit in ihrem zusammengebauten Zustande zu er halten. Der Deckel 60 ist unten mit An sätzen 111 versehen, die satt in das offene Ende des Gehäuses 1 passen, wodurch auch auf diese Weise dafür gesorgt wird, dass die Verschlussteile eine in ihrem zusammenge bauten Zustande zu erhaltende Einheit bilden.
Im Ausführungsbeispiel nach Fig. 1 ist auf dem Deckel 60 ein gappenstück 70 aufge setzt, welches für den Fall, dass das Mantel- stück 63 ein vom Deckel 60 unabhängiges Stück bildet, dazu dienen kann, dieses Man telstück 63 vor der Montierung des Flaschen verschlusses auf dem Flaschenhals in seinem zusammengebauten Zustande zu halten.

In the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 1, the bottle neck is denoted by A, which has an upper ring bead B and a lower ring bead C. The sealing ring 12 is wider than the annular flange 3 of the housing and is in the compressed state when the bottle cap is in place, in order to form a seal between the said annular flange 3, the lower surface of the lid 60 and the edge of the bottle mouth. The outer parts of the sealing ring are located outside the flange 3, which they surround, so that they only come into contact with the lower surface of the lid 60 and with the edge of the bottle mouth.
The bottle closure is preferably assembled in such a way that the upper surface of the annular flange 3 is in contact with the lower surface of the lid, as is the case in the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. As FIG. 2 shows, it is also possible to assemble the bottle closure so that the lower surface of the annular flange 3 rests on the edge of the bottle mouth.
In both illustrated embodiments (FIGS. 1 and 2), the annular flange 3 of the housing 1 is surrounded by an annular part of the seal 12, which is located in the compressed state between the bottle neck A. and the lid 60 and thus forms an effective means that prevents liquid from escaping at this point. Thanks to the relatively wide ring flange 3 ver, the housing 1 is also held in a secure manner inside the bottle neck A.
The sealing ring 12 is expediently designed so that it is in frictional contact with the housing 1 and the casing piece 63 on its inner and outer edge, for the purpose of keeping these parts in their assembled state as a unit when the bottle cap is removed. The cover 60 is provided at the bottom with lugs 111 which fit snugly into the open end of the housing 1, which also ensures in this way that the closure parts form a unit to be maintained in their assembled state.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 1, a cap piece 70 is placed on the lid 60, which, in the event that the casing piece 63 forms a piece independent of the lid 60, can serve to close this casing piece 63 before the bottle closure is mounted to hold on the bottle neck in its assembled state.
