Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines wertvollen     stickstoffhaltigen    Kondensationsproduktes.    Das vorliegende Verfahren betrifft die  Darstellung eines     wertvollen    stickstoffhalti  gen     Kondensationsproduktes    und ist dadurch  gekennzeichnet, dass man 1     Mol.        techn.          Stearyldiäthanolamin    mit 1 Äquivalent ge  härtetem Fischtran     umestert.     



  Das Kondensationsprodukt ist eine gelbe,  wachsartige Base. Sie ist in Wasser unlös  lich, in verdünnter Ameisen- oder Essigsäure  dagegen löslich. Die löslichen Salze der Base,  namentlich das     Formiat    sowie das Acetat,  sind gute     Weichmachungsmittel    für Textilien.       Beispiel:     283 Teile eines gehärteten Fischtranes  und 351 Teile     techn.        Stearyldiäthanolamin     werden zusammen ca. 2 Stunden auf 175 bis  <B>185'</B> erhitzt.

   Nach Abtrennung des bei der       Umesterung    entstandenen Glycerins erstarrt         .las    erhaltene Produkt beim Abkühlen zu  einer hellen,     wachsartigen        Substanz,    deren  ameisensaures Salz weichmachende Eigen  schaften besitzt für Textilien aller Art, ins  besondere für Baumwolle und Kunstseide.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Darstellung eines wert vollen stickstoffhaltigen Kondensationspro duktes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 1 Mol. techn. Stearyldiäthanolamin mit 1 Äquivalent gehärtetem Fischtran umestert. Das Kondensationsprodukt ist eine gelbe, wachsartige Base. Sie ist in Wasser unlös lich, in verdünnter Ameisen- oder Essigsäure dagegen löslich. Die löslichen Salze der Base, namentlich das Formiat sowie das Acetat, sind gute Weichmachungsmittel für Textilien.
